Bought a *** in July 2018 was told 3 times by the salesman Jason A that a car fax was done and it was clean. Have had nothing but issues with this car from 2 weeks into it. Rear view mirror falling off, cracked light cover the day I picked up, windshield leaked, had to be resealed, vents smell like mold, replaced both front wheel barrings, 4 new tires, 2 times while driving the brakes locked up, radio screen goes black, asked for a second key it took until July 2019 to get it.

But recently found rust on the drivers side front by headlight and on drivers side door. Jerked around by Royal and Maguire so I decided I would pay outright... to then only be told that my car has been repainted. I called Royal, spoke with Cole in Sales and then Jason Allen asked for a copy of the car fax asap, and they stumbled for words. I had a friend look it up and my car was in an accident, and also a rental vehicle. I would not have purchased the car if I knew either of those. I confronted Jason, he admitted "it fell through the cracks and he didn't run one" So I was lied to and taken advantage of. THIS IS FRAUD! Spoke with the owner Joe Reagan who said I should be happy Jason Allen admitted he did not do the report, but that does not fix anything. He stated he would get back to me with a resolution.

I went to Royal to play game they sent in mail. Talked to salesman, we were not interested in a car so he said we could get a $400 referral fee if we sent somebody in and they bought a car. I sent my son in 2 days later and he bought a car. Waited 2 weeks and then contacted them about fee. The manager said I was not entitled to it.When my son went in to buy they told him the salesman that I talked to was not there. The salesperson took the card that I received and said that they would take care of it. So they advertise this fee then give them another salesperson to make sale. I am out referral fee as the salesperson I talked to is also not getting credit for sale. Something is not right here.

I was promised a $400 referral check if the person I referred bought the vehicle, which she did. This was advertised on facebook through their salesman, Jason A. I have been told by Jason through messenger several times since September 2018 that the check was in the mail. It has never been received. I had previously received a $400 referral check a few months prior for the first person I referred. I only referred the second person because of the promise of the second $400 referral.

I would just like to let you know that the business, Royal Auto Group, communicated with me and sent me the referral check that I was waiting for since October.

I have requested not to receive any
Mail or phone calls in regard to 2008 GMC envoy with vin# *** over 2 years ago. I still keep getting them. I was told it would not happen again. I told them this vehicle has been totaled in an accident I was in. Therefore I didn't want to be contacted and reminded of the worst day of my life!

On Friday May 11 I spent a total of appx. 2.5 hours at the dealer to test drive and process a vehicle for trade. Upon finding a vehicle of desire, I was informed that I would, as part of the contractual sales agreement be given a new set of brakes ( front and rear), a new battery and that my vehicle was equipped with a remote start. The agreement was set that I would pick up my vehicle fully detailed and with the work completed on Saturday at 12:30 PM. Upon arrival my vehicle was still in the lot, untouched. I asked for copies of the work orders, per the sales agreement and it was divulged that that they failed to complete the process of paperwork so I would have to come back on Monday (5/14). I made an appointment for an inspection for my vehicle on Monday and arrived only to again discover that when I asked again for copies of the work order, NONE OF THE CONTRACTUAL WORK WAS COMPLETED. I then had to make ANOTHER appointment for my vehicle to return to the dealer to have this work completed along with a switch replacement for my window. My vehicle returned to the dealer on 5/17 at 9:30 AM and was guaranteed to me by 4:30 PM. I was informed at 2:30 PM that they did not have the parts ready to do the work. Somehow they managed to complete the work order, however it was only after I was diligent and contacted the sales team to discover this occurred. In addition, while in the main building a salesman used slanderous language "stupid rd" in reference to someone in the presence of customers. When addressed as to why this occurred he only apologized reporting he had a disabled son. Regardless, this is NOT acceptable. After all of this, it took nearly one week for my car to be delivered to me, still without a remote start that was promised. Nearly 20 hours of necessary time wasted to make what should have been a seamless and easy transaction.

Horrible service department. Lied to me about when my car would be ready. Lied to me when I asked them why my car sat from 8:00am to 2:00pm with zero work done on it. Then they lied to Subaru of America customer service rep claiming they tried to contact me. They never phoned me and never sent an email. Also, grease was smeared on my front seats. Incompetent terrible people.

I took my *** to Royal Subaru in Cortland, NY for a diagnostic. They told me it was eek spark they had to change coil pack for $328.00 when I took the car there I told them I put new coil pack, fuel pump, fuel fitter new plugs and wires. I told them I would be right down when I got there I went next door to auto zone bought new coil pack 3 bolts 1 plug for $328.00 Not the problem went in told them miss diagnostic they said that they would go from there, but still charge me for replacing wrong part plus labor plus diagnostic cost $400 plus dollars, still have a car that doesn't run.

My husband and I purchased a 2014 Dodge journey in May of this year. Starting in June it kept making a clunking sound and for every week of June they kept saying bring it back. On June 30th I was on my way to the hospital for a scheduled operation. And it made a huge clunking sound while driving. Which we took back in. They couldn't make it duplicate the sound and my husband had to go pick it up again. On his way home it started to make the noise again so he took it back. Where they were telling him theres nothing wrong with it when it made the noise right in front of them. They had our car for another week. We are now in the 2nd week of July. They fixed the back end. Now there's issues with the electrical that aren't covered under the FULL BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY. Along with a transmission issue where it feels like it's slipping. We also found out even though we asked and they denied it..this car was either a rental or a loaner car. I also told them which bank to get the loan from nd it was the only bank I wanted to use. They used 20 banks dropping our credit scores from the low 600s to the high 400s.
