AT FIRST WHEN WORKING WITH THEM EVERYTHING SEEMED TO BE FINE. 30 DAYS WE HAVE HAD THIS CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER. SHE LITERALLY DRIVES IT LESS THAN 5 MILES A DAY. ON THE 30TH DAY THE CAR QUIT IN THE MIDDLE OF NICHOLASVILLE RD TRAFFIC. THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT. MY DAUGHTER HAD A PANIC ATTACK BECAUSE OF THIS. SOME VERY NICE FOLKS HELPED HER GET THE CAR HOME. AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT THE OWNER I WAS TOLD HE DIDNT SELL ME THE CAR AND TO PLEASE CONTACT THE PERSON THAT DID. I REACHED OUT TO JAKE ANDERS ON FACEBOOK WHERE I HAD ORIGINALLY CONTACTED HIM AT AND NO RESPONSE YET. CONTACTED THE OWNER AGAIN AND HE GAVE ME A NUMBER FOR THE PERSON. I CALLED AND EVERYTIME IT WENT TO THE VOICEMAIL. THEN I SENT A TEXT AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE WRONG PERSON. CONTACTED THE OWNER AGAIN AND TOLD HIM IT WAS THE WRONG NUMBER AND NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER. I HAVENT EVEN RECEIVED MY PLATE FOR THIS CAR AND ITS ALREADY IN OPERABLE. WAS TOLD THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. IT WAS MISSING THE STEREO AND THE AC. COME TO FIND OUT THE AC COMPRESSOR WAS COMPLETELY GONE! AND NOW THE TRANSMISSION IS SHOT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS. THEY GET YOU TO BUY THE CAR ONLINE THRU FACEBOOK AND HAVE YOU REVIEW THEM RIGHT THERE SO IT BOOSTS THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! I WILL NEVER NOR MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
I recently financed a car through Royal Motors on 10-24-2019, I still have not received my proof of registration. It is now 1-20-2020. I have called and asked multiple times about registration, all I received was temp tags.. I have had this vehicle for 3 months and still have no registration and temp tags. The total price in which we had agreed upon was $2,500, plus 300 in tax and registration. Somehow the total owing balance ended up being $2,884.67 AFTER my down payment of $450.00 was deducted. The total which was agreed on was $2.800. I paid $450.00 as a down payment which should have made total balance $2,350, but instead my total went UP to owing $3,064.77. I've been making weekly payments of $100.00, which is being deducted from the total balance, but there were other charges added in the initial contract than what was said to be added. Business is said to be closing soon, I don't want to lose my vehicle and the money I've put into it for these reasons.

Other (requires explanation) I would like to receive my registration and title to the vehicle I purchased 3 months ago. I would also like to know why there are extra charges put onto my total balance and why when I paid 150 on my balance, it went up.
The consumer is currently at failure of payment. She is past two months due. She has not returned any of the text or phone calls. She has also let an unauthorized person drive the vehicle.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I quit paying my payments when he refused to give me my title and registration so I could still drive the vehicle. The vehicle has been sitting because it can not be drove because he wrote temp tags instead of giving me my title and registration so I could renew the tags. Nobody has driven my vehicle because it can't be drove legally, not even me. He has not attempted to call or text me , only when I had texted him asking for the title in which he replied that he wasn't going to give it to me until I paid him a certain amount of money for it.
