We had such a positive experience with Royal MovingWe were cutting it close and other moving companies were already booked up when I found RoyalFortunately they had an opening and the quote process was fairly easy
Dan & Cam were so awesome! They called in advance to give us a heathat they might be running late (mainly due to a tornado warning!) although they still showed up during the scheduled windowAll in all our move from Texas to Jersey City was done on a timely fashion, which was faster than we'd expectedThe whole time they were fast, friendly and in great spiritsI would highly recommend Royal Movers to anyone!

Just finished working with Royal Moving to move from my 1,sq foot office in TX to different drop off locations in the city of New York, and upstate NYThis team was a class act from start to finish
Their office team is on top of coordinating the move - they respond quickly to emails, let you know up front how they want everything packed, and were always courteous
The moving crew was already well fed and smiling at 8am on a SaturdayThey devised a system to move everything out of the office and went to work
Everything was wrapped carefully, packed securely in their truck, and handled with utmost careThe point person on this move, ***, surveyed the pickup location before loading to get an idea of how to transport everythingVery smartI had a couple of extremely heavy and expensive desks and credenzas and they delivered each without a scratch
On top of all of this, these guys remained so relaxed and friendly throughout the day, amidst the chaos of moving into NYC, you'd love to have a beer with them on the weekend

Awful!!! Nathan the salesman was ok. I asked him to come down for estimate, but did it in phone. Big mistake!! After loading the Forman told me it was $830.00 more. And I I paid in advance. Another big mistake.
Boxes that were labeled garage went upstairs and apartment boxes in garage.
5 boxes smashed. When I looked in truck before they unloaded, pictures and jewelry all over truck. Driver broke glass on painting in front of us and showed no remorse at all. Never checked off items as they came off. Very rude and in hurry. Charged my husband another $100 on arrival for his workers, but kept it for himself they told us. Tracked mud, scratched floor. Nothing good about move. Still missing tons of things. I have moved 14 times in 30 years and this was worst by far.
