Worst car buying experience ever! I have had significantly better luck buying cars from kiji then my experience buying off of the reputable dealership Royal Oak Nissan We were able to drive our car for total of months after purchase before it broke down due to known engine problems that existed prior to our purchase Our car has been un drivable for the last three months and Royal Oak Nissan is doing nothing to help us financially with the cost of the repairs The repairs needed on this care will amount to the same price we paid for the car months ago I definitely do not recommend purchasing from this dealership
I bought a Nissan from Royal Oak Nissan on Sept my first new car in yearsWas very happy that I got a very good deal with *** working hard to find a dealOur agreement was I pay final price of XXXXX with extended warranty for years including GST final price out of doorWith all the happiness I signed a document they call it tentative yellow bill of sale with *** and paid *** deposit with agreement that I will be back in days to get my Nissan Rogue with *** Draft and insurance policy
When I went to sign final deal with *** he had a final bill of sale ready and he asked me o sign few documentsWhen I noticed that there was *** for extended warranty was added on I asked explanation and I was told for the Billing purpose they have to do it and assured me that It was included in price that I was quoted by henry and it is important if you want to sell a car this will be important
I add extra winter package and two way remote starter for additional $ ***
so XXXXX
+ *** extra ( Remote starter + Winter protection package)
+ *** ( % GST)
XXXXX Final Price including everything I wanted in my car

XXXXX Finance from Nissan Canada
My calculation was base on 4.99% months $ biweekly
Few days later I found I can get better interest deal from my bank to borrow on my house equitySo I called NIsaan and asked kevin *** (Finance) to inquire about outstanding balance on my loanI was told that there is a day period before you can buyout cash
Fortunately, I got a letter from Nissan Finance welcoming me and congratulating me for buying a Nissan RogueWhen I decided to inquire regarding my balance I was told it would be XXXXXIt was little off by *** compare to my calculation above
So I looked at my bill of sale carefully and realize that *** that was suppose to be included in total price was actually added to final price and my amount finance from Nissan Canada was XXXXX so went to Royal Oak Nissan to discuss this with *** thinking this was this an honest mistake?? Total price XXXXX- down payment 5000= XXXXX if you subtract that from $2XXXX- XXXXX = (XXXX)
that is extra *** (extended warranty) + $interest ( $97) for days
I asked to speak with Manger (Moe *** turned out to be owner as he was introduced to me days later for second visit)He was completely unprofessional did not asked what is my name , greet or offer to sitand told me he is listening and he will be doing his work on the computerWhen I explained to him that there seems to be a mistake that I was charged *** extra for extended warranty which was suppose to be includedHe asked to see *** with tentative agrement yellow paper and said the Yes I was charged for the extended warrant and based on ***'s paper *** does not include extended warrantyMy request to revert *** charge was decline from Manger Moe *** and final answer "UNFORTUNATELY NOTHING CAN BE DONE Now Days later I met with Jason *** Moe *** and Henri
*** explained to me that everything was done properly and extended warranty usually they charge *** and Henri claimed at that point that for the first time that he meant to charge *** less and that's why you have *** extended warranty charged (total lie) Only thing he had on paper was that *** crossed for years bumper to bumper warranty but nothing about *** discount or charging *** for extra years warranty
Everything said and done I left the dealership with utmost disgust, dissatisfaction and the most unprofessional customer service the Royal Oak Nissan and charged extra *** for warranty that was suppose to be included
Moral of the story Do not trust anyone at "ROYAL OAK NISSAN" Including owner
