[redacted] came in to view our spa months ago in February 2016 then purchased a spa gift special for herself and her husband. This was a spa deal and she was then informed the gift certificate was non refundable.
She later booked the appointment and did not show. [redacted] called me in tears...
months later saying her husband did not want to come to have the spa services with her. She said he was fighting with her and wants her to get a refund. She says he was mad at her for her purchase. [redacted] was informed at that time that spa gift services are not refundable. Her appointment was not kept and no refund will be issued.
[redacted] was advised that though non - refundable we would Allow her to use the amount toward a service for herself.
At this point this offer is no longer acceptable as it seems she is now being untrue and therefore would be looking for trouble. Our efforts to help her resolve her sad situation that made us sympathetic to her has now ended.
