This place is awful! I referred two people here & both have had HORRIBLE experiences with Alma the Manager! Talk about UNPROFESSIONAL! This woman is more worried about collecting $$ than fixing anything hereThe toilet ran constantly day & night, broken light fixtures in the bedroom then the sink in the kitchen would back up & water would flood all over the flooringAlma would always say "I will send someone out there" then no one would ever showYet on the 3rd she was calling about late rent & quick to add on late fees......but again NOTHING was fixed EVER in EITHER units! The pool is like swimming in chlorine...so if you have children do not take them there! Laundry is such an inconvenience bc the laundry card machine is in the office which closes at 5pm so for those that work 8-you will never be able to reload your card bc the office isn't open at 7am or at 6pmThis place is good if you have literally NO WHERE else to go.....but I'd avoid Alma & this property all together if possibleThis woman has no class or empathy for othersI understand that business is business and rent must be paid but she clearly does not care about the tenants or the property all together that her first concern is collecting payments....rather than the upkeep of the propertyI will sadly never refer people to this property & I will be sure to let Apt Locators & other companies know as well
I resided at the Spanish Keys Aptsand gave noticed I was moving out due to my retirement and moving to another, I gave them a notice and move out date, I cleaned the apartment as per lease agreement and used a professional cleaning serviceThe day I returned the keys keys on a saturday I ask them to check out he aptthe lady refused to do soAfter several weeks went by and I was contacted by National Credit System representative telling me I owed over $ dollars to Spanish Keys AptsShe just ask for me to pay up and be done with it, I stated to her I did not owe them any money since I was never contacted by them or notified at all, either by mail or phone calls, since they had my forwarding address and phone numbers, not once did they attempt to notify methe person from the National Credit Systems then threatened me by telling me that if I did not pay that the amount owed that she was going to report me to the credit bureaus and ruin my creditI told her to go ahead sin
