My house has, at the time of this review, gutter damage along one entire sideI requested that Wayne Overhead Doors come out and provide a quote for the repair/replacement [redacted] (sales consultant) came out on Monday, May 12, and provided a fair and courteous quoteHe instructed me to contact their office to pay 50% of the quote, and schedule a date and time for the installation to be performedI called about an hour after [redacted] (sales consultant) left, and spoke with [redacted] (receptionist)I explained to her that [redacted] (sales consultant) had provided me with a quote earlier that day and that I would like to pay the down payment and schedule the installationShe said that because [redacted] (sales consultant) hadn't been back to the office yet, she didn't have a copy of the work to be performed on hand and couldn't process my payment at that timeI said that I understand, and requested that she record my credit card information so that she may process the payment for me when she receives the estimate information from [redacted] (sales consultant)She agreed, and said that she would call me back after she had received the estimate information from [redacted] (sales consultant) and processed the paymentShe called me back later that same day, and said that she processed my payment and we scheduled my installation appointment for Friday, May 16, and said the installer would arrive around "or am" weather permitting Friday, May 16, comes around and I clear my schedule for the day in order to be here for the installer at 9amWell, 1:30pm rolls around and I still haven't heard or seen anyone from Wayne Overhead DoorsSo I call and speak with [redacted] (receptionist) againAfter telling her my name and what the problem was, she couldn't remember or look up what work was to be performedI had to "refresh her memory"I explained to her what I have explained in the previous paragraph of the reviewShe said that she would put me on hold, and get to the bottom of thisAfter waiting on hold, she says that the installer that was scheduled to perform my installation had decided not to come to my house to perform the work, in order to finish a job that the installer didn't finish yesterdayShe offered to have the installer come out later that day Friday, May 16, or reschedule for the following weekI requested politely, that if she couldn't get the installer to come to my house that day, Friday, to perform the work, that I would like a refund of my deposit and to cancel the appointmentShe put me on hold again, and when she came back on the line, she explained that she will process the refund for me and apologizedI thanked her and ended the call Everyone that I dealt with was very nice and courteous but they need to learn how to manage their schedulesAlso, if a installer/technician cannot make it to the job site on time or at all in my case, calling the customer should be a priorityI didn't receive any calls notifying me of their errorIn fact, I would go as far as to say that if I hadn't called, they would have just kept my deposit and never performed the work I will continue to share my terrible experience with Wayne Overhead Doors with everyone that I know

I now have a degree in event planning from Ashworth CollegeThe classes were very good and learning online from the comfort of wherever I wanted to be was a nice change from the typical classroom settingToday I get to work with weddings and other big events

As a recent graduate from Ashworth College I'm content with my education I receivedMy course materials were delivered to me in a timely fashion and I was able to get started on my degree right awayOnly downside is, going to school online can present some organization issues on my part

I signed up for an online degreeAshworth was very prompt about getting the materials to meThey were great! However, due to financial problems I could not do the classesI returned everything and they refunded my deposit....they were very understandingI will do the classes as soon as I can

We just had a new garage door and opener installed through Wayne Overhead Doors and are absolutely thrilled with our new doorNot only does our door look fantastic (all our neighbors have been texting us complimenting us on it), the service we received throughout the process was really great
We first stopped into Wayne Overhead Doors back in the fall when we were driving byThe sales manager (***) was extremely friendly and showed us a lot of different optionsWe took a couple months to make a final decision on what we wanted (style, color, level of quality, windows/no windows, etc.) and *** was so patient along the wayWe had a million questions throughout, and he always took the time to answer them for us
Once we finally made up our minds we placed the order and had our door delivered in just a few weeks (maybe four or so?)The lady that scheduled the delivery with us (*** maybe?) said the team would arrive between 9am and 10am and they (Tyler and another gentleman whose name I forget) arrived promptly at 9:10, despite the fact that the roads were an icy mess that morningI know they must have had to have left the shop extra early to ensure they arrived on timeInstallation was an absolute breezeOther than greeting them when they arrived, the next time I heard from the guys was when they knocked and said they wanted to show me my new garage door
I loved the door itself, and loved the opener even moreIt is so quiet it is borderline eerie! When we opened our old garage door you could hear it from our bedroom on the THIRD floorWe can now barely hear the garage door opening when we are standing in the garage - it's so strangeIt is about as loud as a heavy duty fan
The best part of it all - we spent about 20% less with Wayne Overhead Doors than we were quoted at Home Depot and Lowes for what seemed like very similar doors/openersThanks to everyone at Wayne Overhead for a great experience!

I had the spring on my garage door breakIt was a style that I had not worked on beforeThought that I would have someone work on it that knew what they were doing and had the right equipmentThe bill came to $Two days later, the bracket that attaches to the door came offIt was saturday and the man that I talked to "***" wanted $plus, just to come out to the houseI explained that the work was only two days old and that the worker who did the work did not have a bolt that was long enough so he made do with a shorter boltThis put the door in a bind and it only lasted two daysThe employee would not come out to my place unless I paidSo much for the one year warrantyI did the repairs and it was my time and expense

I just got done with my class it was a Catering Food Program and even though I enjoy the online class I have a complaint and mad about itI was suppose to have gotten a ServSafe Certification From The National Restaurant Association with my Diploma and have not done soIt says in their handbook for The Student I have earn itWell I got in contact by online on their website 'Oct 2016, A rep named Sharon (I believe) who helped me was polite and told me to weeks days (Didn't arrive and I am still waiting) as I was talking to her I had an email arrive in my inbox from Ashworth and it was a lady named Natasha from Education Specialist wrote it was a Gradation Gift and it was being process to days That passed of courseI need this paper and it cost me $I don't know if they forgot or if it or whatI am NOT happy and will never trust this collage AGAIN! I don't know who to talk to or if I will ever get my ServSafe .I need this paper for working in the Food Business .Thank you

This college is a rip-off Please make sure you read everything and it will be a lot, in fine print because if you are not able to complete the course you will be charged a $cancellation fee and they add $to it for every month it is not paid in full I do my best to read everything but somehow, I missed this This is outrageous and should be illegal Hopefully you will see it just in case something happens in your life and you cannot finish you will know you have even more stress coming from them to pay this fee in full I do not recommend this college AT ALL!!!! VERY UPSET!

I am a graduate of that learning Institution, Ashworth College, with a diploma in Computer Information ManagementI have accumulated knowledge to build or upgrade any computer, have designed series of websites and much more.The school offers contemporary text books which most distant learning institution does not offer, and encourage students to call if need be for tutorial guidance or questions pertaining to the materialsUnfortunately unqualified students without competence to attend college but falsify their records to be admitted will not survive because they would not be able master the materialsSo it is and should be expected

I really wish I would have gotten the name of the guy who helped me enroll today. The customer service rep that I spoke to before him left a bad taste in my mouth and I was almost discouraged until I got a second call back. The fact that this college employs real understanding and hardworking people is a plus for me because they are relatable. I enrolled in the bookkeeping program because I'm already in the field and I wanted to further my credentials. I must say, it's very easy to learn and navigate the website. I knew from the jump what type of learner I am, I need to have physical materials in front of me as well as the flexibility of online capabilities so this course was a perfect fit. I'm confident that I will do well and I'm very pleased with The college. They are accredited and also offer the NBA exam with the cost of the course which is great because to go through the NBA the course needs to be paid upfront. The financing is flexible and it makes it feel as if I don't even have much of an expense there so I know I can afford it. I'm excited to learn because of how easy things are. After reading many negative reviews I'm not sure if reading any of these reviews are really helpful because my experience was very pleasant.
