I had the President of the company, Mr [redacted] come to my home to quote me a cost for improving my property, specifically a carport area My initial impression of [redacted] was that he seemed sincere and interested in providing information and eventually a quote for the project After discussing the project application and when he provided a quote is where the total experience changed [redacted] become irate and quite frankly rude when it came to closing the sale I let him know that I needed some time to resolve a previous issue with another company I had already had do some work and he just went off on me I asked for some time to resolve that issue before committing to him and he just grabbed his paperwork and stormed away The entire experience with [redacted] turned out very negative and did not reflect well on the company I would not recommend them to anyone

Were that the case, the title would have to show "BRANDED"under "other pertinent data", which it does not, as you can see from the attached copy.The client would also have been required to sign and acknowledge a Rebuilt VehicleDisclosure Statement VSA 59 form at the time of sale, which she was not.Our dealership does not offer Carfax history reports, however, each client is made awarethat they can use the VIN# to check the history on any and every vehicle we have on ourlot at any time for their own peace of mind.Instant Auto Sales also takes each vehicle title to DMV when we purchase new inventoryso that we are certain that the vehicles DO NOT have salvage history as, again, DMVwould have to brand the front of the title as "salvage" or " rebuilt" when issuing a newone to us.Instant Auto Sales sold this vehicle with a discount of $500.00 to our client and alsoincluded a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty on this vehicle when it was sold, which wouldnot have been possible if it were branded salvage, as warranties are not able to be appliedto any branded salvage vehicle.Our dealership strives to sell good quality vehicles at reasonable prices to keep ourcustomers satisfied and returning to us for business and we are sorry that this client is nolonger satisfied with the vehicle she purchased, however, that is not due to any faultcaused by Instant Auto Sales.We are very proficient when it comes to the VA laws on used car sales and we apply thatexpertise to our jobs every day to ensure that we remain well within the guidelinesrequired to continue conducting good business.Regards,Nicholas Gianakos President
