This company extorted several fees to a PrePaid funeral planThey did not give her the correct coffinThey double charged the Card for double amt My Grandmother [redacted] died 4/20/ She had been on hospice care The thing that gave her piece of mind was that the arrangements had been pre-paid years in advance She was confident her family would not have to deal with fees and costs related to her passing I went to the Funeral Home on 4/21/and was advised there was a fee due to Grandmother cancelling items The fee they charged was legitimate, it was for death certificates and that and the stipends for musicians/clergy had been cancelled The only other change was that she had changed the coffin from the economy base to an upgrade which we were told was unavailable We are also told that Royal Palms will have additional fees due to changes in contracts 4/22/I arrive at Royal Palms and am taken by Willie the head groundskeeper to see the mausoleum which is cov

Upon my arrival, I made contact with the owner, to which I believe his name was Felipe according to his name tagAs I asked the owener if he could align my vehicle and make everything align straight he stated "yes, but it will cost more than the average alignment because it is a special job since it is lower."
