Review: My wife & I married on 11/16/13. We hired Royal Photography ( [redacted]-owner) to shoot our wedding for the sum of $775. We were to receive a disc. with the photos he shot plus our pictures. 10-5x7's & 5-8x10's. After 5 mos. we finally received the disc. for us to make our selection. To date we have not received our pictures. [redacted] does not answer the phone or even call back when we leave messages. He will occasionally send an email with some excuses. He is running a scam & I'm sorry I paid him in full when we employed him to do our wedding. He has moved to [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to see mr. mcdowell prosecuted for fraud which I intend to do. Our money refunded would be very nice.

Review: We hired Royal Photography as our wedding photographer for June 8, 2013. The wedding package we ordered included a finished wedding book with professional touch ups, as well as two enlarged 11x14 photos that were professionally touched up as well. After 11 months this has not been completed. Roy McDowell does not respond to e-mails, phone calls, or visits to his office. He will sporadically send an e-mail apologizing for many issues coming up, but not providing us with the actual photos or a time where we will get the photos. We saw a preliminary draft of a book in December, but we have no updates until then. We paid in full on May 23, 2013, almost a year ago.Desired Settlement: We would like to have our wedding album with 2 additional pages from the draft we saw in November completed and delivered to us, along with the two 11x14 professional prints delivered to us by June 1, 2014. We would also like to be compensated for the extreme lateness and stress this has causes us.

Review: We hired [redacted] at Royal Photography for our wedding photos, date Sept 29 2012. We were supposed to receive a wedding book with professionally touched up photos as well as large photos. This is still not complete after nearly 2 years. It took MONTHS for us to simply gain access to view these photo's on-line. He is unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Foolishly, we even paid him more money at the end of 2013 for anniversary photos. These have not been delivered either.Desired Settlement: Full refund.

Review: My wife and I were married 9/7/13. It has been almost two years and we have yet to receive our wedding albums. We paid our bill in full prior to the wedding. Roy has broken many promises to fulfill our contact. He has not replied to us in over a year. We have tried to contact Roy through phone, email, and visiting his office. My wife and I have had countless sleepless nights over this issue. I want what we paid for and now. We even paid extra for patent albums as Christmas gifts and have not got those either.Desired Settlement: I first and foremost want a refund for unfinished services. I am also asking for an apology letter and explanation why Roy has decided to ruin this for us and not fulfill the contract.
