While we have gone above & beyond trying to make *** *** & *** *** happy customers it has been a very challenging taskBy
their own admission were "successfully making many of the meals"....so we were at our wits end as how to please
All of our products are sold on a contract basis and could have definitely held them to the loan for which they applied, were accepted & then verified
We have however agreed to ship them the dinnerware & flatware upon receipt (at our local office) of the cookware setAt that time we will also lower their balance to $Per Mr***'s request
As of this writing we have yet to receive the cookware

I received a phone call from this business saying that I had won a bridal package in a contest I had entered at a local Bridal Show. On the phone I was told I had won various gifts and that one was a free honeymoon trip that was all inclusive for 4 nights and % days.All I would need to pay for was the airline ticket, but that in order to receive these gifts that I had to come in person with my fiance to pick them up and take a 8 question survey. It was a huge sales pitch. We did receive coupons for various gifts and and a voucher for a 2 night stay from a travel agency. I called the agency ( took an entire week to get a hold of an agent) paid the taxes and fee's. 178.00 dollars. No one ever called me back after trying to make the reservation. They said it would be near impossible for them to schedule the trip dates I wanted in Nov because I was only going for two days.( This was what the voucher was for) This agency tried to get me to extend my trip to ensure I could reserve the dates I wanted. We spoke to a representative today and got a refund, we still could not get a hold of our agent Kim. She was suppose to confirm our dates today. *** lied about the reason we had to go to a location to pick up our gifts. We sat in a room for an hour why a sales person tried to get us to buy 2500.00 dollar pots and pans. Then we get the run around from the travel agency they gave us a voucher for. They exploited the fact that I am getting married by offering a free honeymoon so that I would sit through their sales pitch. The worst part was I actually tried to use the voucher to scheduled a trip and it was almost impossible to get a hold of a travel agent, but we got a refund so fast.

First of all, I'd like to apologize for any misunderstanding. After Bridal Shows that we attend as vendors, we randomly invite some of the couples to attend a 90 minute culinary demonstration in exchange for some very nice advertising "gifts". The couples actually get to taste the food and if they have any interest they can get a substantial discount - but there is NO obligation. After the invitation and an explanation of what we're doing is explained in a phone call, we then direct them to our website (dinner4two) to verify everything they were told on the phone to avoid this kind of misunderstanding - we never tell people they "won" anything!One of the advertising gifts is a 3day/2night hotel accommodation voucher for 2 people at a *** ocean front property in Mexico, Bahamas or Dominican Republic. The voucher is good for 2 years. Apparently the dates that *** requested were not available and the refundable deposit was returned.

Over the last 40 years, our office here in St. Louis has over 20,000 happy customers. We pride ourselves in being upfront, honest & transparent! Hence the zero complaints with the Revdex.com in the last 3 years!

If *** would like to contact me, I will personally call the rep with *** and try to secure some possible alternative dates for her to take the trip.

By the way, our records indicate that *** & her fiance' attended our culinary demo on Saturday, August 4 (no purchase was made) and the "problem occurred" August 7 - today is August 10 (the day I received the complaint). *** stated it took an "entire week" to get a hold of an agent.....that time frame does not add up!
