No compren sartenes Royal Prestige. Te prometen garantía y la cumplen después de 2 meses. Te cargan intereses por no abonar en el tiempo que no tuviste el sartén. Muy groseras las empleadas que atienden por teléfono. No vale la pena lo que se gasta, 1 sartén disque No se pegaban los huevos y si se pegan. Yo estoy abonando algo que no sirve. Fui a PROFECO y no hay oficinas en Mexicali. Si quiero presentar mi queja tengo que viajar a Tijuana. PROFECO solo está en Tijuana aquí en el estado de Baja California.

Review: I purchased their product and paid my account on a monthly basis for a year. I had some economical issues and failed to pay them for 3 months. I returned my product because I was not able to pay it. they have reported a 900 balance to my credit, and when I call them they say I don't have any balance with the bank, and it is the sales person who has me in collection. They should not allow this, because my account was with the bank not with a sales person.

I have tried to come to a settlement but this sales person gives me different amounts every time. this amounts are not legit, I don have the product I returned it.Desired Settlement: please correct my credit, and if liable I will pay for the 3 months that I was past due. which was like 160.00

Review: Attended one of dinner4two sales scams at a local hotel be me and my fiance WON this special deal. What a crock of crap. The sales person is a very good one at that. He shows all the bad stuff with non stick pans and how old pans are just no good for your family and talks bad about multiple brand pots and pans. He cooks some chicken with no oil or butter even though you don't see the pan before cooking anyways. He also cooks bag of vegatables and don't see the inside of that pan either. After his demo of pots and pans he talks about how much you save by buying these pans today and all the free knifes and plates you could get and oh yeah your supposed to get free champagne glasses which is bull because its not even their company who sells them. You have to pay for shipping and handling which is I guess the reason they could say its FREE. Nothing is free. If you purchase the pans you get 8 days in some tropical island and doesnt cost you nothing. He goes on and on about how he travels and doesn't make commission on the sales but I highly doubt that. After the couples go sit and he blasts music on a boom box when he walks around making deals and the reason the music is so loud is he charges and makes deals with couples are all diffrent. He makes commission on a certain price and we all know that and have nothing against it. The reason I'm writting this is because the pans just suck. I've never seen such crappy pans in my life. Everything sticks no matter what temp or how much butter or pam you spray into these things. I've had multiple calls and emails back and fourth and the swear to me I don't know how to cook with these pans. When I listened to our sales man he said these pans were so easy to cook with you just throw the food in there and put lid on and forget it. He also showed us after you cook a simple chicken dinner you can just wipe the pan clean and thats that. That is such a lie. I hope no one else falls into this 2300 dollar trap. DON'T DO ITDesired Settlement: I want the 100 I paid for shipping back. I didn't even receive my hole order and had to complain and email to find out where it was.

They have contacted me numerous times just saying I will pay and that's that. I still haven't received my complete order even though they say it shipped first week of jan. I already contacted my credit card company for refund on shipping. I have been reading a lot of reviews on the company and a lot of unhappy customers. Seems I've been scammed and that's that. Thanks

Review: My problem is that I had set up automatic payments with Royal Prestige and [redacted]e for the 1st of every month for $70. Around the second week of the month I would get a phone call saying that I had not paid my monthly payment. I would tell them after checking my bank account that I had plenty of money and that my card should not have been declined. They would continue to report me to the credit bureau for faulty payments even though I had paid them every month. Today March **, 2015 they told me that they were repurchasing the items and that I was past due three months when I had paid them double the monthly amount on March [redacted] and February [redacted]. $130 each time and I would get a phone call a week later saying that I was past due. I paid them off completely today with a $370 charge so that they would not keep hitting my credit. They ruined my credit so now it is going to be hard for me to make any big purchases in the future.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is that they contact the credit card bureau and fix my credit because I would pay them every month and they more than the past due amount. I would also appreciate it if they would stop calling me and texting me and remove my name address and card from their files. I am very upset with this company and never want to hear from them ever again.

Review: I am set up on a payment arrangement with Hycite/Royal Prestige for Pots and Pans that I ordered through them 3 years ago. I am nowhere near finish paying it off as the interest rate is higher than the payment. We were never told this when we signed up. In addition I keep recieiving calls from all different states and different departments demanding payment even though it is on a payment arrangement.

Today, [redacted] from the 'Legal Department' phone number (###-###-####) contacted family members to let them know she is trying to get ahold of me. This is unethical as I am on a payment arrangement. These people are predators in the Lending Field and have to be stopped some way or another from doing this to other people.

Review: A customer rep came to my home two weeks ago and convinced me to purchase a filter which I wasn't really interested in. I called the company back today because I'm no longer interested in this product and it has not been delivered to me. I will not be able to afford the payments and told the Customer rep over the phone. The customer rep was very nasty n said that I had no choice but to take the product whether I wanted it or not. I'm very dissatisfied with the company and the customer service they rendered and I don't want to deal with them or buy any of their products. I iniallty had to pay $100 deposit which I did when the customer rep came to my house. I want my money back and I'm absolutely not interested in this product.

Review: After high pressure sales tactics, I purchased products from this company after being told I would receive TWO FREE vacations. After the purchase I was given vouchers for the vacations were they asked me to pay a registration fee, which I did, and I would be contacted by a travel specialist to book my vacation. I paid the fees TWICE and never received a phone call to plan my vacation. I called the company numerous times asking for help with this issue and was sent to different numbers and never helped.

Their advertising is false and they DO NOT follow through with the promises they make during their high pressure sales meetings.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to follow through on giving me my "free" vacations OR give me a full refund of the amount I have spent on their overpriced products.

Review: At a culinary show that offered the opportunity to purchase kitchen cookware, the representative made claims that if you financed your purchase and paid it off within a year, you would receive the interest paid back in CASH! He had us write this information down as he said it providing proof that the claim was made. However, 10 months later, our purchase is paid off and there has been no receipt of interest back in CASH. We are unable to reach the rep via phone or email and are also unable to reach the number he provided for his assistant. We have contacted customer service and they are unable to provide assistance as well.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the promised interest back in cash.

Review: I was invited to a demonstration in [redacted] and ended up purchasing the product. They took my information and sucked the money from my account for shipping and handling. I had to contact the company after receiving my first bill almost 6 weeks later, because I had not received the package containing the pots and such. I have spoken to customer service department on several different occasions and UPS trying to find out the whereabouts of my package. It has now been 5 months later and while I have not received the products, I continue to get charged and my credit continues to be ruined.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a refund of what they have taken from my account and that they remove the charges from my credit. This has all been one big headache, more than it's worth. I no longer want the product, I just want my money and credit back.

Review: My husband and I attended an expo through dinner for two before we got married. the salesman was very intriging. When we signed up for this product we recieved free knife set and he told us if AT ANY TIME YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCT YOU CAN SEND THEM BACK AND KEEP THE KNIVES AS A GIFT FROM ROYAL PRESTIGE. So therefore at the time the product in questioned got recalled we asked to return and cancel our subscription. Customer service reps proceeded to transfer my calls to different department never speaking to an actual person and got hung up on everytime I called. Due to the fact that the product in questioned got recalled due to product can blow up and deemed UNSAFE. We asked to return they said if it wasnt picked back up from fedex we would be charged a storage fee. We no longer have product we sent it back to the company. As they called my husband yesterday stating " See you put in a complaint with Revdex.com and nothing came of it because we are in great business with Revdex.com" we continue getting harrassing phone calls, text messages and emails from [redacted] and [redacted]. They call my place of employment numorus time even when asked not to do so. I feel as if we have sold our souls to this company I have requested a copy of our "contract" so I can see for myself we can not cancel but they refuse. This is a horrible company and I suggest NO ONE get sucked into their gemics.Desired Settlement: To cancel subscription and have no further contact from company

Review: About ten years ago, I purchased a cookware system from this company. A couple years ago, I received information that the system had been recalled due to defects and that I needed to send back the cookware via [redacted]. I visited the [redacted] store and they took everything except the lids to my cookware to send back. I never received any replacement cookware for what I sent back, or any correspondence letting me know that the company received it. I paid a lot of money for this cookware set originally, I still have my financing paperwork for it. I was told that since I didn't know my [redacted] tracking number for my shipment there was no way they could verify that I had sent back my cookware (apparently there are no serial numbers or anything) and so they could not help me. I misplaced my receipt from [redacted]. I would expect for the company to at least be inclined to make the situation right but so far I've received no help.Desired Settlement: I would like my cookware replaced and/or the amount that I paid for my system to be refunded to me.

Review: This company sits you down promising great "FREE" vacation packages and other "FREE" gifts at a sales pitch where you feel obligated to purchase their products for a deal that is unbelievable. I ended up financing a set for the purchase price of $1995.00 in return I would get two Free Vacations stays, one for 2 days and the other for 7 days at a resort all over the world with lots of places to choose from. I would also get free, champagne glasses and free knives. First of all, I was extremely disappointed in the fact that these pots and pans are useless, they burn everything and everything sticks to it, ugh even eggs when even using pam spray. Secondly to top it off Nothing was free at all. There are extraordinarily expensive fees on reserving the vacations, the champagne glasses and knives have fees as well that you need to pay in order to get your free product. I called in to cancel my order and get a refund and they said there is nothing they can do. Basically I am stuck with useless products and useless vacations. This customer service was not helpful at all and said that I am to continue to pay for the pots and pans. I do not agree with paying monthly payments for falsely represented products.Desired Settlement: I would like to return everything I got from this company including the "FREE" Vacations that have not been used, and the pots and pans.

Review: My fiance and I were lured to a presentation concerning Royal Prestige products through HyCite Corporation. At this presentation, the sales people used scare tactics to convince my husband and I that our current cookware would lead to things like [redacted]s and other serious health problems. We were convinced that we would never have to buy another piece of cookware for 50 years, and of course, were were enthralled by this. Upon entering into a contract with HyCite and Royal Prestiege to secure a set of cookware, there were multiple problems with the company. They continually harassed us for our information before the transactions were even completed; I was so annoyed that I eventually told them to forget the whole thing, we did not want their cookware. More harassment ensued and more pressure to convince us to continue with purchasing their product. To get them off our backs, we agreed to continue and accept a small gift for our trouble. However, upon receiving the pans, we have since received information of a defect. We sent the pots and pans back, where they drilled a small hole and slapped a lame cover over it - calling it good to go. I am very enraged with this company. I have called multiple times to have the interest rate lowered, in hopes that we can pay it off as soon as possible and be done with the whole thing. They absolutely refuse, saying they will only lower interest rates for those that are active duty military - and I quote: "Only because we are obligated to do so." I am very upset with this company - I feel I have been cheated, and that the entire presentation was a deception to convince us to purchase $3000.00 worth of pots and pans. I want my money back, I want to return the pots and pans, and end our contract with HyCite corporation before they ruin my husbands credit as well as my own.Desired Settlement: I wish to return all pots and pans purchased to this company, and receive a full refund for the amount we have already paid into the account. I want the remainder of the account to be completely wiped away, and for us to owe this company nothing more.
