Never again
I met a person who sells this product completely lied to me. (Leonardo) Also said he could come and show me how to cook with a pan I bought which is one of the dumbest things I’ve heard! If you claim the pan doesn’t stick then why should you have to tell me you can come and show me how to make and egg when all I use is butter on a low heat! Not just that he messaged and messaged me and they take you to court! I small pan I bought that was $300 cost me 882.24 sales rep also took me to court there’s so much more but moral to the story don’t trust these sales reps they are just making commission off sales then harass you until you pay. Also when I went to court for Leonardo I had to translate for him with the judge assitant he didn’t even understand what they were saying, I basically did him a favor without pay, the clerk asked him she doesn’t pay what happens and Leonardo was like dismissed 🤣 she was like what, then looks at me I’m trying not to laugh but me as a nice person translated. We had to write the agreement 3xs because he didn’t know what he was doing! I hate this company so much I’ll make sure my community grocery stores band this company from standing outside making sells because it’s all FALSE ADVERTISING! A Ross nonstick pan makes our breakfast nice and easy compared to this piece of trash!

Harrassment by Sales man.
This Salesman got me into buying a set of 3 frying pans and a set of Dishes. I received the pans right away but my Dishes never came in. He gave me an offer of 1504.00 And I put down 504.00. I told him I needed this product to send to my country. Then he told me that they discontinued my Dish set and that he picked a different color for me. I told him I didn't want it anymore. He told me I can't cancel anymore. I was like what do you mean I can't cancel I don't have the product so I want to cancel. I called The company and they told me to talk to the Salesman to arrange prices. I finally was able to view my account online and was surprised the debt was for 1600 when I only owed 1000. Never received my Dish set and he told me I needed to pick something else. I said I don't want anything else. Solved this or I am not paying. My mother then took a pan. so I told him I was only willing to pay 1000 dollars so fix that if you want that money. He was calling me harassing me, and talking about how he was taking me to court. I told him to go ahead and take me to court. Go Ahean send me to collation. IDC, the Last thing he did was to create a false final notice to court letter. He is so stupid and funny. Everything in that letter is false. The law firm is false, the address is false the phone # is from the company. so unless he arranges everything to just 1000 dollars I will not pay.

Has anybody been to court by this company?

Cabo de 6 meses se pusieron negras yo llame a costumer services para informar lo que estaba pasando porque cuando se compran las ollas Nos dicen QUE LAS OLLAS TIENEN 50 AÑOS DE GARANTÍA . MENTIRAAAAAA ellos usan todas las excusas para no cambiar el producto . Son excelentes para vender se le meten por los ojos diciendo maravillas de sus productos que en realidad no lo son no vale la pena para su precio y la garantía es un engaño no hay garantía . No pierdan su dinero . No son tan Buenas como ellos lo promocionan las ollas se malogran se pega la comida en realidad todo un fiasco .

Primero quiero comenzar con que te meten y meten enla cabeza para que compres y compres te llaman y llaman te quieren dar regalitos pero es para que le sigas comprando nada nada más viven harrasing a uno y Dios mío el precio es fatal yo primero Dios ya termino de pagar mi deuda y jamás abro otra cuenta con royal prestige y asegúrense Cuando ya terminen de cerrar la cuenta que ellos le manden un email verifico ando que ya serró para que no les vengan con sorpresas en el futuro… pero mi experiencia a sido horrible con royal prestige

Pan Sets
The price is very high for what you get with these pans. My $60 pan set functions better then these. I paid over $800 and it wasn't even a complete set. My pans stick like crazy and they are nothing close to what the person who sold them to us said they would be. When you pay this much for pans you would not expect a set of pans that cost overall less then 1 months of 2 years worth of payments would be so much better. I definitely would not buy anymore of these products unless the price was dropped to maybe $60 a pan.

Cancel product
Hi, My wife and I bought a 10 pieces family size. My wife did not like the size of the pans , and since it did not mentioned the size of this pans in the contract sheet , neither in the catalog.We called royal prestige to cancel it and they say it is not such thing.
We are forced to keep such a product ,items that we are not happy with.
We paid $5048. for something that we don't like.
I wish I can do something about it...!

Review: a filter was purchased then installed by the company. on july *, 2013 the filter leaked and my house was flooded in the middle of the night. it was not discovered until the morning. They come in to do the repair and 2 weeks later July **, 2013 the filter leaked and flooded my house again. I called the representative and he never returned my phone calls so I called the company. The company refused to give us a refund. Although both times the filter leaked and flooded my house, the water caused damaged to my kitchen cabinets and the basement. I am not satisfied with this entire ordeal and I want my full refund plus my old filter back which the representative took as payment towards the new filter. He took my filter and took $500 off my new purchase order [redacted] order date may **, 2013 ship date june *, 2013 customer [redacted] package [redacted] distributor [redacted] ship method UPS UPS GROUND Product numbers: [redacted] 10" PRE FILTER WITH 3 CARTRIDGES-CTDesired Settlement: I want a full refund and replacement of previous filter payment was made $50 in cash, $450 in one check on the day of the transaction

Review: My wife and I had purchased a full set of cookware from Royal Prestige before we got married in 2012. The pots were working fine for the first few months but then they became discolored and gave off a horrid smell. The company eventually recalled the pots, which we returned to get what looked like refurbished pots with a rubber button on the side. We have used these pots for the past 8 months since they have been recalled and not only is this horrid smell coming out of the pots when used these buttons on the side started to flame up and burn causing a horrid black smoke to permeate from the inner part of the pots. My wife and I are terribly afraid to use these pots every time they are put on the stove they create a chemical smell. We do not feel comfortable using these products anymore and would like a refund. If we do not get resolution from them we will seek legal action. We do have pictures of the side buttons that have flamed off the pots. We do not want them replaced we can send them back if desired by the company we have discontinued using their products. on one of the pot covers a black goop bubble seeped out of the crack on the edge. This company is selling products at outrageous prices consumers and the products have been faulty since purchased, even after the recallDesired Settlement: like a full refund on the product and will send all faulty products back to the company. As said prior we have stopped using them for fear they are harmful.

Review: The product they sold me was defective from day one. They said it would work a certain way and it didn't. They also claimed there was a lifetime guarantee and that I had time to cancel if I did not want the product. When I called to tell them they tried their hardest to make it seem like it was my fault. They informed me that I was not supposed to be using the pots and pans on a fire stove but on a hot plate really and that it was my own fault they did not work. They then called me and harassed me even at work. They then promised me that they would resolve the problem and only once the problem was resolved would I have to resume making payments. Before it was resolved they posted it to my credit report breaking their promise of resolving it first. The product is defective and the customer service is horrible.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the money that I already provided to them for the defective product.

Review: I was contacted by [redacted], mobile number ###-###-####, and he told me that I had been selected because I won a gift from the company. The first items were a set of spoons. He proceeded to tell me that if I decided to purchase the cookware sets that I would be given some bonuses and a $400 credit applied to the balance of the purchase. I proceeded to make the purchase and was told that if I decided to cancel I would have to do it 3 days after the date in which I signed the sale order. This occurred on October **, 2015. The following day my son and I, called the representative, [redacted], numerous times so that I could cancel the order because I no longer wanted to products. This is where the nightmare began. We called many times and they never picked up the phone so that I could cancel my order. We also called the distributor, Cesar Fabian, work number ###-###-####, mobile number ###-###-####, trying to see if we could cancel the order through him and we had no luck. My credit card has been charged for the full amount of the cookware set which I returned to them. I have been trying to get a refund on my credit card and they have refused to do so knowing that I do not have the cookware set at home. I have tried repeatedly to get in contact with someone and they are ignoring all my attempts and calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the purchase price of the item. I returned the cookware set because I do not want it and the company does no want to give me back my money. My card was charged $1,707.06. This is unjust and unfair. How can they keep my money if I do not even have the product nor want the product.
