I am rejecting this response because:  Please see attached

In Regards to the complaint filed by Ms [redacted], I am pleased to --- submit the following information for the complaint . Ms [redacted] states that I had put forth an inflammatory report in regards to the mold testing that was performed at the subject home in Two Harbors, MN. The ladies that hired me...

to perform mold testing had stated that they were purchasing the home but were concerned of mold allergies as they had had a medical professional evaluate them. The complaint states that the EPA does not have any mold basis for health risk limits. The industry standard for mold levels are at a level of 100 mold spore count or less. The home was tested for mold on the main level as well as the basement for airborne mold and surface molds. The mold samples were tested by an independent certified mold laboratory (EMSL Analytical) with all areas tested on The Chain of Custody (COC). Ms [redacted] said that T did not remember where I took the samples from; this is not a correct statement as I never said that. Ms [redacted] should have reviewed the laboratory analytical to see that the levels of airborne and surface molds were well above the health rick levels within the subject home. It should be noted that Ms [redacted] did call myself and we spoke for only a few minutes and I could not respond to all of her questions and concerns as I was with other clients. As for the attic space, the ladies had told me that there was dead mice in the attic. I entered the attic space and discovered a few dead field mice carcasses lying in and on cellulose insulation. Further review of the attic space showed vermiculite insulation that can contain asbestos fibers/content. Ms [redacted] states that I said there was no way to know if the vermiculite insulation contained asbestos as in the asbestos industry it  can be tested but I was not there to perform asbestos testing and Ms [redacted] has not properly addressed this issue. The cellulose insulation was tested of an amount of about 5 square inches to determine if any mice feces were present which there was and viewed under a 1000X digital scope and was found to have a structure of Hanatavirus. No vermiculite insulation was disturbed in this process. As for my certification and training, I have 40 Hour Hazardous Materials training as well as Industrial Hygiene/IAQS training through EMSL Analytical of which were included in the mold assessment report dated December 14, .2015. It should also be noted that an indoor air quality background test was conducted of the relative humidity and was found to be over 40% relative humidity with an ideal standard level should be at 36 to 38 % relative humidity (RH). As for entry to the home, I was told that the two, ladies were purchasing the home and that they had a purchase agreement on the subject home at 467 Valley Rd. Two Harbors, MN We always make it a practice to not enter or perform work./testing on rental homes unless we have permission from owner or landlord. In this case I was not aware that this was a rental and I was mislead if this is the true fact. In conclusion' Ms [redacted] does not have all her facts and complaints in order as she should have done more research on some of the issues she states The subject "tenants" did call myself after about 2 weeks after moving out of the home and stated they were feeling better after moving to another location. This does prove that some humans can have different symptoms of mold reactions. Thank you for your attention in this matter.Sincerely, Scott C. Peterson
