response to the complaint, Rental Agreement, Replacement Charge List, Move in/out Statement Sheet, Maintenance Request sheet by [redacted] and our generated assigned Work Order along with Home Depot receipt and our emailing listing of calls received from [redacted] or anyone regarding [redacted] calls that come from our 24 hour answering service for maintenance request or for inquiring interest prospective applicant for any of our properties etc.
