In response to the complaint from Tad *** He originally purchased the seat pad from one of my Dealers in FL As soon as he contacted me I contacted the Dealer he purchased the pad from and in the name of customer service I dealt with Mr [redacted] myselfI had him return the pads for a full refund and explained that this is the first time since I have been in business that any tear has ever happened I told him I would contact someone at Mustang seats to see what could be done, I tried multiple times and my contact was no longer with the company I have also been doing internal testing and am unclear as to how the seat got torn as we had no similar resultsI have also informed Mr [redacted] that I got another contact for Mustang and I have sent e mails, I am currently waiting for a quote for a new seat for himThis is the first complaint we have ever had, the basis of our company is on good customer serviceI first heard of this in November and have been in contact with Mr [redacted] and am attempting to resolve this with a new seatThank you [redacted] ***
