Review: Royal Roofing Was Contracted On September [redacted] 2001 To Perform A Complete House Roof Tear Off And To Replace It With New At [redacted]. The Installation Went Fine And Work Was Good. The Signed Proposal States A 15 Year Guarantee Against Leaks On Roof To Be Given On Contract. Last Year A Leak Had Developed And Two Or Three Phone Calls Were Made With No Response And The Situation Was Placed To The Side. This Year The Leak Returned And We Have Been Calling Since Early September. We Have Also Faxed Over The Copy Of The Bill To The Business With No Response.Desired Settlement: A Phone Call Would Be The First Step But Over All I Want The Roof Repaired. If Royal Roofing Can Not Or Will Not Repair The Leak Then I Want Them To Agree To Pay Roofing Company That I Hire To Correct The Issue.

Review: In January 2006, my husband, now passed away, had 14 windows and 1 sliding door, plus siding for the house installed with Royal Roofing Corp, with a 5 year warranty on labor and a lifetime warranty on materials.In the fall of 2014 I made some window treatment changes and now I was able to see that two windows had air leak, condensation damage. I began calling RRC, At this time the receptionist said it was too long ago, I explained that the material were warrantied for lifetime. she then said she'll call me back, which didn't happened.I insisted with calling the office for a few weeks, then I went away for the Winter, and I told her that, when I came back in late Feb.2015, I began calling again. We made an apt for 3/*/15 and I was to see [redacted]). that morning she called and cancelled, something about an emergency, so we made another apt for the following Tuesday, 3/**/15. again she called to cancel and told me she was going to talk to [redacted], to see when he can come out and she was going to call me right away. I called back yesterday, 3/**/15. two weeks after the cancellation. Again she said she was going to speak to [redacted] and call back with an apt.which I knew it was not going tom happen.I don't like to make trouble, but I feel I'm not being treated right. I have documentation from when we first had the windows and siding installed. I tried to upload documentation, but it will not go through. I can send you a copy, if you tell me where to mail it.Desired Settlement: I want these windows to be made whole, they are my front windows.
