We find *** ***'s complaint to be very unfounded and exaggeratedHe has paid only a portion of his first insurance check >$5,At the time of this complaint *** *** was in the process of selling his homeWe sent our window sub contractor
out to view his propertyWe agreed to give *** *** a brand new sliding glass door installed at cost with no markupHe also hired our window company on his own to do work outside of the scope of the insurance claimWhen it came time for closing his roof, entire exterior paint, fence, window trim, gutters, siding end caps, HVAC, and carpentry were all completedMind you at a total cost to him of less than $5,to that pointHis addition of extra windows caused the entire order to be delayedHis complaint is in regards to length of delay in window installation which is not our faultAll we have done is restore his entire home to a better condition than before the hail storm including multiple free upgrades so he could increase the equity/re-sale value of his homeWhich is why we find this complaint so bafflingI can't think for someone and get them to understand how construction works and that its a processHowever getting a complaint about a company you added extra work onto the order for doesn't seem to fit or follow our track recordTo this date we are still owed over $16,additional on the job so who is really in the bad spot here? We appreciate his feedback and wish him the best with his new home purchase

received a complaint for something we could not have controlled and had no way of preventing

I am happy with the response, however, I was not calling just the project manager, but also the main business line of the firmIt is my understanding that the receptionist (who also is no longer with the firm) was deleting my messages without passing them onThe complaint was simply the only method I had of reaching them
