This company has failed to complete services that were supposed to be provided to me.
I singed a contract with this company on 4/7/17 for the repair of my residential roof. This company has failed to complete all required services(roof repairs/interior repairs). They have received all payments from my insurance company for the repairs. They did not do the house interior repairs base on what my insurance paid them for. I contacted Royal Roofing informing them about repairs that were not done. They assured me that whatever repairs were not done, I was going to get reimbursed. My house interior repairs have not been done and I have yet to get reimbursed. They have yet to come and do the required final inspection of the house. I received a letter from my insurance company(Tower Hill Prime Insurance) stating that my home owners policy will not be renewed due to Royal Roofing not providing the following; Wind:proof of compliance with loss control requirements, proof of claim related repairs not provided and final roof inspection. I have called Royal Roofing several times due to this matter and they assured me, that they were going to fix the issue. I scheduled an inspection appointment with Royal Roofing 2 times and no one has showed up to the scheduled appointments. The county inspector did show at my residence on days that no appointment was scheduled, therefore no one was home. He left me a note at the front door of my residence stating that no one was home to complete the inspection. Again, I have communicated this to Royal Roofing staff and responses from them has failed. Royal Roofing has failed communicating with me from the date they received the checks for the repairs(5/10/17). I have called them numerous times and they assured me that they were going to get someone to come out to do the inspection and the inspection still has not been done.
I want Royal Roofing to supply my insurance company with the requirements and inspections, and a reimbursement for whatever repairs that were not done.
Unfortunately,Mrs. is extremely unfamiliar with insurance claims, and the processes. As contracted we, replaced her roof and have completed most of her interior. Scheduling an appointment with Mrs. is challenging. Its hard to schedule appointments only on Fridays. We have documentation of all requested correspondence sent to her Insurance company. If the insurance company had not received all needed documentation, they wouldn't have released the funds. Wind mitigation reports are done by specialist, and are to be ordered and paid for, by the homeowner. The only remaining issue is that Mrs.,allow access to her home, so that the county can do the Final Inspection. The county has scheduled 2 appointments to inspect her roof, but can't access the back yard. Mrs. likes Friday appointments after 3pm, however, the County inspectors have not been able to meet at that time. I left a voicemail for *** the inspector for Okaloosa County this morning, to please schedule an appointment with Mrs.. I left her ph# so that he can call her direct, to schedule the inspection,and to eliminate any further confusion. Mrs., must also allow us access to complete the interior. The County has scheduled a appointment for the roof inspection again for tomorrow. We look forward to completing the interior as well, at 1pm tomorrow.We have confirmed the appointment with Mrs.
I called my insurance company today 9/26/17, and they informed me that they have not received a Final inspection certification from Royal Roofing. I asked the insurance company who needed to summit that certification to them, and they inform me the Roofing company. Also,I have not receive reimbursement for the repairs not done.
