I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: In September 2014 when I only had 4 months remaining to pay on my vehicle, my account was sold to [redacted] company by Royal Auto Credit, on September 24, 2014 I attempted to make my payment to [redacted] however they did not have any information on me in the system. I then contacted Royal who informed me that they still had me in the system and that I should make my payment of $230.00 there, which I did. Every two weeks when I made my normal payment, It showed at [redacted] that I was a payment behind because they never received the $230.00. That should have been moved over from Royal when my account was "moved". I contacted Royal on numerous occasions and was told they would get it straight. January 9, 2015 I still had not heard anything in regards to this issue being settled therefore I called the [redacted] avenue office and they stated I needed to contact the [redacted] office which I did. The lady [redacted] that I talk too stated that she was going to contact [redacted] that day and get the payment sent off. On January 16th I noticed that It was still showing as past due with [redacted], therefore I called the [redacted] office yet again and spoke with the same person [redacted] she said she was trying to contacting [redacted] and she would call me right back. Which she did, she stated that she who she talked to at [redacted] and that she was sending them a check for $189.25 and me a refund of $40.75 and it would go out on the next day January 17, 2014. I waited until January 27,2015 and still no check had been received by neither [redacted] nor myself. I called Royal again and was told that my refund " fell through the cracks, and the one for [redacted] should have gone out". I contacted [redacted] and was told that they never received anything from the dealer and was assured that once they did they would contact me. Constant phone calls back and forth with [redacted] and we are trying to get our money so this account can be closed and I can get the title to my car but, we are getting the run around. It is now February 3,2015 and still no check at either place.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Royal however after this incident I will be taking my business else where.Desired Settlement: I would Like an apology for the unnecessary time and effort put into trying to get something resolved that should have been a seamless process. I would also like a refund of the money that I over paid on my account that I should have received 4 months ago and also I would like the money that is owed to [redacted] company paid to them with an apology letter as well.
