We were dispatched to the home by Mrs*** home warranty company
Mrs*** has a copy of our invoices that states our findings
Tech went to the property and found furnace to have no failuresThere is poor duct design to

She disagreed with our findings and her warranty offered her a 2nd opinion in which she declined
It is our position that its not necessary to sign any paperwork from Mrs*** as our invoices clearly indicates our findings

I never declined a second opinion from my warrantyIn fact the company that came out to provide the second opinion has found that there "are" cracks and issues with my furnace and ductsMy duct design is not poor and pretty standard as all homes within my area and built within the same year have the same design
I should not have had to seek assistance and repairs to my furnace from a different company had Royal Services provided me with courteous and professional services from the startI am not seeking loss wages or time compensation
I feel from a professional standpoint that if Royal Services backs the technicians diagnosis and findings then they should not have any problems signing the form I provided

Our technician went out to Mr. [redacted] house on behalf of his home warranty found that his air conditioner needed service, technician went out and completed repairs. We received about two weeks later another request from the home...

warranty that the home owners unit was blowing hot air and no longer cooling his home.
My service technician went out and found the air conditioning unit had no refrigerant inside of it. With no explanation of what happened to refrigerant, and no visible signs of a leak, which the system is a seal system. Our technician reported his findings to the home warranty company.
I am not sure what the home warranty did after that. By the time I was aware of what was going on the homeowner had left several messages with my office staff stating he was a police officer and he was going to sue my company, our technician and the home warranty company.
I then contacted the home warranty and advised that they should authorize a leak detection to further inspect the air condition unit, and what the homeowner was verbally threatening my office with. The home warranty advised me that they have already offered Mr. [redacted] a second company for a second opinion, which they stated Mr. [redacted] refused there offer. They authorized our labor to date and advised they would take care of his air conditioner unit.

The home owner has a home warranty with Old Republic. When we do work through the warranty we have to abide by there policy of up to 90 days parts and labor through Old Republic.

I have not received a reply. The Home Warrant Company paid us the insurance deductible. I am now looking for refund of
the $65 fee paid to Royal Services.
