Review: A deposit was made to place an order for a bed that was promised to be delivered to me within 2 weeks. I let about 3 weeks go by before calling the company because nobody ever contacted me regarding the status of my order. I was told there was an issue with the order and they would look into it. Again, another 3 weeks go by and no word from the company. I call the company a second time and they tell me that they are waiting for a part from [redacted] and that it should be delivered within by 5/6/14. I asked at that time to take some money off so they agreed to take off $50. I finally got a call from the company yesterday advising me that my bed has fully arrived. I asked what happened to the May 6TH date? She said she doesn't know. I asked to speak with the manager because I am now very upset and $50 was not enough off of my order. At minimum $100 should have been taken off. The manager wasn't available so I asked for the manager to call me. Same girl calls me back and I advise I wanted to speak to the manager. She places me on hold and I get a another lady claiming to be the owner who would not let me speak or explain my poor experience to her. I told her I needed something done about the long wait and I would prefer to have more money off of my order as I have waited for about 3 months now. She refused and advised that that she can refund my money. Really????? If I wanted a refund I would have asked for one a long time ago. I told her I really want the bed and I need her to do something for me about the poor experience. She got upset and accused me of harassing them. She then threatens to refuse service to me because even though I was told yesterday that my bed would be delivered today, she wouldn't answer my question as to why they pushed the delivery date to this Friday instead. Another false expectation set that she didn't care about. I told her I really want the bed and was forced to agree to the price and the delivery date of Friday. I was screwed all the way around.They don't careDesired Settlement: I want Royal sleep Co to take more money off the price of my bed! I paid $300 for the deposit and I owe about $415, which they want me to pay when they deliver the bed this Friday.

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] threatened to cancel my order if I didn't pay the full remaining balance. The bed was a gift for my son so I had no choice but to unwillingly pay what they demanded. They would not take more money off after setting another expectation that they did not meet, which is why they had to take money off to begin with.
