Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory but they are not telling the truth the order
was cancelled whithin minutes of being made and home depot confirmed it had not been shipped I also tried to stop delivery of the package after that the threatening phone calls began threatening to bill me for something that should never have been shipped I explained to the company my situation Ijust purchased a soleus air unit so this is certainly not a case of me wanting something for free the fact that they even suggest I want their unit for free is appalling to me

We received your letter dated July 3rd? regarding ID for [redacted]Mr[redacted] placed order via Home Depot website but seems that he had a change of mindWhen we were notified of cancellation product had already shipped out to customerOur Customer Service Department reached out to
him to let him know that order was shipped and to please return item if he does not want itHe stated that he is to busy at work and does not have time to go drop it off at FedEx locationWe sent him a FedEx return express/expediated label so that they can pick up package outside his doorHe refused to leave package outside due to “fear of it being stolen”When package was originally delivered by UPS it was left at his front door and no one took it thenObviously, customer wants to keep product for free and we realized that he was not going to cooperate and do the right thing so we issued a credit memo to Home Depot on July 2, and took our loss.? Please see attached documentation showing UPS delivery left at front door and also credit memo to Home Depot dated 7/2/2018.?

As you might appreciate with these latest string of heat waves we are extremely busy trying to respond to all the phone calls and emails from customers with non-working ac units and no ac at all. We will ship tomorrow a replacement remote control free of charge.

Review: I purchased a Royal Sovereign ARP 1000EX Portable Air Conditioning unit which is no longer functioning safely and effectively. I contacted the company 3 days ago to obtain information on where to take it to be serviced. Instead, what I received after a 24 hr delay was a request to CALL in for assistance. It's my preference to do business in writing and I feel that a company should honor their customer's preferences, however, I did call and was given a short list of company names and numbers that would help me. I wasted yet another day calling and in some cases waiting for return calls from these companies and was told that all but one didn't even service portable a/c's and NEVER had, so it wasn't a case of having outdated but completely INACCURATE information. Irritated at that point, I felt I should simply open up the Yelloe Pages and call blind, as it were. Doing so, I found out of 2 hrs worth of phone calls that I was still unable to find any place to service portable a/c's. I emailed Royal Sovereign and advised them of the situation, asking where the information provided had been gleaned and asked for the service companies again. When they ret'd. the next day, [redacted] (whom I'd been dealing with exclusively, although her manager, [redacted] and a [redacted] were cc'd on all communication) replied, ignored my query re. the previous names given and went back and forth via email STILL not giving me anyone to contact until 1:30 p.m. where she replies, giving me one company that we'd already discussed as having been contacted yesterday and they were not returning calls/emails, and the other we discussed via telephone when I advised her that was a 1 1/2 hr drive from me (she recalled this from living previously in L.A.) so at that point I asked to deal with her supervisor. She waited an HOUR to supply me with [redacted]'s info when he was conveniently gone for the day/weekend. He should also have already been aware having rec'd all emails.Desired Settlement: At this point, as I have WASTED 3 days dealing with an incompetent individual when I should/could have been getting this unit repaired as we're not only facing a holiday weekend but skyrocketing temperatures in L.A., I feel the only reasonable thing for them to do would be to repair or replace this unit. I have extended them well beyond anyone's expectation of patience and professional courtesy. A company should support their products, not hedge and evade customer's need for service!

Review: I contacted Royal Sovereign on 6/23/15 that the air conditioning unit that I purchased was not cooling and had an issue with the display. They responded on 6/30/15 asking for the model, purchase date and purchase location, which I sent on 6/30/15. They responded back on 7/1/15 and asked for the receipt which was sent on 7/1/15. Their email of 7/1/15 indicated that they would be sending a return [redacted] label. I followed up on 7/6/15 and have not had a response. I re-sent the receipt today, 7/17/15, but believe that the company has no intention of honoring their warranty since they have not responded to my last couple of emails. Please assist.Desired Settlement: I no longer to deal with this company and want my money refunded.

Review: I bought a remote for my air condition that did not work and was sent with a crack in it. I called the company left a voicemail and got no response it has been a week and no response.Desired Settlement: Send me a remote that actually works for my unit.
