I have not seen my security deposit of $2470. I called the home office then said they never approved. My complex office lied and said they did.
I have not received my refund from my security deposit
I want my refund and to be conspepated for my gas to and from the location for a month and the delays
Ms. spoke with our client relations specialist at our home office on August 29th, who explained to her that the check was to be cut on 9/5, which it was and mailed out immediately. Ms. received and cashed the check in September.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Please see email thread attached. My Check was promised to me in august. It didn't make it until September.
