Trying to get actions needed from Insurance provider as per Vehicle Collision.The Accident Occured Jan. 29 2020, we are now Feb. 20 2020 and this vehicle is still sitting in Compound, Claim Adjuster claiming unable to get vehicle towed to Collision repair shop for Appraisal because of customer Remote area:) Customer explained Local Towing company the actual towing company who Towed the damaged vehicle and also have this vehicle in there compound were the Local Towing for all Dealership warranties and Collision for this remote area and tow vehicles to there destinations daily, also simple to find in *** search top of page for unfamiliar needs from this community.

Other (requires explanation) To get Customer Service with Prompt service as this being a remote area Customer has been without a vehicle for a month *** a must of transportation, also explaining that as pointed our by provider this is a remote community and even getting to some sort of rental or such is 500 Km away with no transportation to even get to a rental, please get vehicle towed ASAP or faster so customer can move forward with customers everyday life as customer as fully compensated provider in advance with expectations of provider living up to advertised Entrepreneurship.

the was a miscommunication on the shop who hired a tow to tow the vehicle which delayed the vehicle pick up.
we have contacted the shop representative to have the vehicle picked up and should arrive by the end of the day as the travel time is 5 hours.
the insured was informed in regards to the vehicle and the claim has been reassigned to one of adjuster to make sure that this is handled effectively and in a timely manner
