Review: Royal T Carpet Services cleaned my carpet on February 16, 2013 at my home. One of the employees broke a outside ceramic frog that was sitting on my porch. He was taking the equipment out of my house and after he left, I discovered that my frog was broken. Their equipment (machine and hose )was in proximity to the ornament. I called several times about the matter and the employee admitted to breaking the frog and agreed to replace it. The owner, said that he did not break it. The owner, told me that if the frog was not replaced by the end of the week, then I should do what ever it is I need to do and he will do like wise.I also told him that I had bought the frog on sale from [redacted] on sale for 35.00. He refused to replace it.Desired Settlement: Replace dollar amount or a frog close to what I had
