Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Even though delinquent on payments a few previous times I was allowed to catch up and pay my feesI was never sent to collections with a law officeThe fact that I received no warning letter that this would happen is extremely poor business practiceTherefore the fact that I paid off my full amount before I had even received the notice is the cost on there part of doing buisness Even though my home is a single family home, it is still under the condo associationWe are required to have studs in insuranceThey are suppose to cover studs outI have asked IPS and IPS insurance numerous times what is covered in the event of an issue small or largeI still have not received a response to what they would cover in the event of a complete lossI have read the entire HOA document and it says that fixtures and exterior issues would be taken care ofIPS says its not a common to the community but specific to the unit and is not coveredOk so if thats the case, studs out are not common and only specific to my single family home as wellHow do we have condo association insurance on a single family home that shares no walls with any other unit? I am very worried what would and would not be covered if something catostrophic happened Every single family home in this "condo association " has the same insurance Regards, [redacted]

Dear *** ***I am responding to your letter dated 8/4/notifying us of a complaint that was fild on 7/13/First, I had not received any prior communication form your office either by regular mail or email regarding this complaintAlso, the person who handles this matter was on vacation
until Monday so Iwas not able to get background information to respond sooner. Here is our answer to the complaint:With regard to the hose bib, this is a unit specific item and is not part of the Condo Association responsibilityIt is the homeowner's responsibilityThis was explained numerous times by IPS personnel and on numerous occasions by the association insurance agentThis is not a valid claim. With regard to the legal fees, all homeowners are informed that delinquent accounts cari be forwarded to an attorney for collectionThis account had chronic delinquencies • dating back to The Condominium Board authorized IPS to place this account with the attorney for collectionOnce that is done, the homeowner is responsible for any legal feesIPS cannot credit legal fees unless given authorization from the Board.Unfortunately, the payment was made but the legal action had already been initiatedThe Board's decision was that the fee was to remain. Please let me know if additional clarification is necessary and, in the future, either call me directly at (*** *** *** * or send correspondence to *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Even though delinquent on payments a few previous times I was allowed to catch up and pay my fees. I was never sent to collections with a law office. The fact that I received no warning letter that this would happen is extremely poor business practice. Therefore the fact that I paid off my full amount before I had even received the notice is the cost on there part of doing buisness.  Even though my home is a single family home, it is still under the condo association. We are required to have studs in insurance. They are suppose to cover studs out. I have asked IPS and IPS insurance numerous times what is covered in the event of an issue small or large. I still have not received a response to what they would cover in the event of a complete loss. I have read the entire HOA document and it says that fixtures and exterior issues would be taken care of. IPS says its not a common to the community but specific to the unit and is not covered. Ok so if thats the case, studs out are not common and only specific to my single family home as well. How do we have condo association insurance on a single family home that shares no walls with any other unit?  I am very worried what would and would not be covered if something catostrophic happened.  Every single family home in this "condo association " has the same insurance.
Regards,
