Competition fees had already been paid to the company hosting the competitions and they will not do refunds The cheer uniform has been altered to fit her child and has been in her possession since August therefore we will not buy it back She can sell it directly to a team member if she wishes The client signed a consent form stating she understands the rules of our company and that she would abide by them (see attached) She broke the rules when she had an emotional outburst aimed at an owner in front of her daughter's team and refused to meet with them to resolve the issue The owners felt they had no other choice than to ask for them to go their separate way since the client refused to meet
