After being a loyal customer to Mark [***] and his repair company for over years, today has marked the day that I will no longer need or want to use his services any longerI have been lied to and deceived by this company and to top it off my *** 5s gold 32gb was stolen by Mark and sold and I was given someone else's stolen ***Once I confronted him, he said he would fix the problemI tried to give him the benefit of the doubt that he made an honest mistake and after months passed by I asked him on several occasions to give me my phone back ..but he didn't Instead he bought a replacement phone and had me pay him $to buy it back from him He said the $was a labor charge for all the time he has spent trying to fix this problem and that he ate a lot of money buying me a new phoneHad he not stolen my phone initially then he wouldn't have to go throu all that! My phone was paid off and he took advantage of thatHe was able to sell it on the market with a clean IMEI and I am % sure cause I reported my phone stolen and have evidence that someone has been trying to gain access to my *** account that is registered to that iphone Let me add that I was given a *** 5s silver 12gb not my gold *** It is a sad caseI was taken advantage of because I am a girl, who knew nothin about ***s Please don't make the same mistake I didI will be filing a police report for theftI was not able to do a police report today because I have my young daughter with me and I do not want to expose her to incidents like this
