I am extremely pleased with the job that Royal Wood Flooring completed for me. We had them install engineered hardwood in our living room. They were on time, hard workers, installed our floors and cleaned up afterwards. The floors look great and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others!

My family and I have lived in our current home for almost three decades now, and our flooring was showing its age. We didn't have enough money in our budget to completely replaced the flooring, so we started looking at other options. My co-worker mentioned Royal Wood Floors to us, so I called the hardwood flooring company to chat about the possibility of buffing and coating our current floors. The employee on the phone was friendly and helpful, and the company provided a complimentary consultation. If you're considering redoing your hardwood floors, I highly recommend it! I can recommend Royal Wood Flooring company. They removed and replaced damaged hardwood floor in my home. The finished product looks good and blends well with the remaining original hardwood. The workers were efficient and courteous. I am pleased with their work.

When I first met with Vinny, I told him how when I first bought my home, my cat would walk toward me on the wood floor, and it appeared as if they were walking on a mirror.

Vinny, remarked, "oh great, we can make them look like that again".

I felt I had made it clear that my primary consideration was shine. I was excited.

Then I had the work done.

They did a nice enough job, but they used a satin finish. Needless to say, satin did NOT leave my floor with the original high gloss finish that I requested Vinny to reproduce.

I really did not feel that I needed to keep harping on the point. Apparently, I should have.

So, did he offer to make it right? No, he offered to make more revenue to correct what he should have done right in the first place.

He wanted an additional $400.00 to get the floor to look shiney as he had promised originally.

Is the job ok? Yes. Am I happy with it? Absolutely not.

When discussing it on the phone, Vinny asked "do you think it will keep you from selling your home?". That is an obnoxious question - it suggests that selling the home is the point. It is not the point. The point is that we made a verbal agreement regarding what the appearance of the floor would be at the end of the job, and he did not keep that promise.

I am very disappointed and do not think I should need to pay extra for him to keep his promise and correct what was not right in the first place.

Great Job, very professional, the floor looks amazing, I can say it is the best thing in my house and getting so many compliments!!!

When they arrived, a detailed consultation was done to ensure the work they did was exactly what I wanted. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product and the reasonable rate I was offered.

Only the damaged wood was torn out.The new stain matches perfectly with the rest of the floors. [redacted] and his crew were professional and did a wonderful job. I am the owner of [redacted] here locally in Phoenix, Az and have worked with Royal Wood Flooring on a 3 different occasions in the past 2 weeks. They have installed wood (glue down), a floating laminate floor, and just did a repair for us yesterday. Their service thus far has been great. On schedule, great work, and easy to communicate with.
