Review: We've had the same problem with our car for quite some, since last year. We took the car to this auto shop in hopes that the mechanic would fix it. We had to take it to him various times of the course of a few months cause the car would have the same problem and he couldn't find and fix it. He changed a total of 3 parts. The day after he said he finally fixed the car, the car wouldn't start. We had it towed to his shop, where it took him about 3 days to get the part and fix it. It turns out that some wires of the fuel pump were loose, so he doesn't change the part. A day later, the car has the same problem, again. This time, we took it to another shop, where we learn that the fuel pump was indeed damaged and needed to fixed. We also learned that the front left axle of the car was broken, due to the tow truck company that the mechanic suggested we call.Desired Settlement: We want a refund of all the money that we spent in this mechanic's shop, which was about $800.
