I would NEVER purchase anything from this company againThey have treated me horribly, and show that they don't care about customer satisfactionI have called customer service approximately times at various times of the business day and left numerous messagesAfter messages I began leaving messages for different departments, asking that someone please call me backEvery message has been kind and respectfulAdditionally, I have sent numerous emails through their website requesting assistance and have not received the help I neededOnce someone responded and told me to go online for the answersI need a human being to help me and cannot find what I need onlineI emailed this back and have never heard from anyone I purchased my item in Boca Raton, Florida and I have a warrantyWhen I log in with my warranty information, I am told it is incorrectMy conclusion about this company is that they are only interested in sales and don't care about how their customers feel about their expensive purchases, even if you have a warranty! I have never taken to social media to express anything negative about any companyI own my own business and recognize that this can be detrimental and unfairHowever, I feel so angered and helpless that I find I have no choiceI plan to post this review in every place I canThis item was a gift for my daughter who is heartbroken that her dream curling product is not working properlyThe remedy to this is so simple, and the fact that no one has reached out to me is really awful

I purchased a flat iron from a kiosk in the Coastal Grand mall in Myrtle Beach I purchased it on a Sunday @ 12:07pm, I had more shopping to do, when I returned to my condo, I wanted to try it out It had a short in the on/off switch & would not stay on It was too late for me to go back to the mall because it had closed I returned to the mall on Monday morning @ 9:am and waited until 10:30am and the Kiosk never opened I have made multiple calls to RoyaleUSA with no prevail and I have emailed them with no prevail I do not feel I should send money with this item to be replaced IT HAS NEVER WORKED, IT'S NOT LIKE I HAVE USED IT AND IT WENT BAD I do not recommend dealing with anything that has ROYALE on it They will not respond to your problems

I am angry that this company has a "No Refund" policy but do not tell you this at the time of sale Considering that they sell their products, flat irons and curling irons, for over $100, it would seem the ethical way of business to do so I also have a complaint about the way the product is sold They call you over to their kiosk and start their selling They get you to sit in their seat and then start "touching" your hair which essentially an extension of a person's body Right there is taking advantage of customers personal space and building trust Then they start grooming your hair and half way through, put the product in your lap and tell you it's $for a CURLING IRON! So then you look shocked and they talk it down to $ Then since they spent so much time on your hair already, you're feeling obligated Then with half your hair done, they walk you over to the register and before you know it you've bought a $CURLING IRON No mention is said about the "No Refund" policy and you, half embarrassed with half your hair done, is back in the chair to have the rest of your hair groomed These people should not be allowed to touch you to sell a product Hair should be considered a person's personal space Also, strict policies like "No Refund" should be verbally expressed in case somebody can't read the small writing on a receipt or the small print on their tiny sign that you'll suddenly notice when you go back to return This is the Royal Vernon Hills kiosk at Westfield Mall

I purchased a flat iron tool from a kiosk in charlotte, nc. I have the original receipt and packaging this came in. My flat iron was not working about one month ago. I travel a lot so when I came back home for Christmas. I decided to see if the company can do awasnything to help me. I went to the website and filled out the warranty registration because I can't remember if I done it in 2012. I was then directed to a page that offered warranty options which I did not purchase because I'm supposed to have a 5yr warranty guarantee according to the box. So I pulled out the information from the box and it has instructions and a fee for sending in my flat iron. I had several questions before I decided to do this, so I called the number that they have listed and to no avail nobody answered the customer service and then it says "mailbox is full" so I called the next day at different times and the next day trying different mailboxes all the same response. I reached out to their social media group and tried to reach someone there since they are posting things on the internet. I would think they would have time to answer the phones, but I was told to proceed to facebook and reach them there. Why do I need to go to facebook and reach you there? Why can't I just DM on IG and get my questions answered. I went to facebook and did not see a place were you I could message them. After coming here and seeing a big fat F for ratings and reading all the horrible customer service issues this company has I'm almost sure that I will not get anywhere by contacting them on social media. This is disappointing to say the least. I will warn my following and anyone I see in the stores even thinking about purchasing one of these to go to your local beauty or professional salon store and get one there. The other issue I have is that I emailed the company as well and I still haven't gotten a response, but someone acting as a representative for this company responds with excuses on here after customers complain. Here is my advice spend your time answering the phones, answering questions, replacing broken items in an appropriate time frame and stop taking advantage of people.

After 6 messages I began leaving messages for different departments, asking that someone please call me back. Every message has been kind and respectful. Additionally, I have sent numerous emails through their website requesting assistance and have not received the help I needed. Once someone responded and told me to go online for the answers. I need a human being to help me and cannot find what I need online. I emailed this back and have never heard from anyone.

The best product in the world love it soooo much !

I purchased a classic black flat iron at a kiosk at the Florida Mall in Orlando in August of 2013. I LOVE this flat iron and have recommended it on numerous occasions to friends and family. It came out of the box brand new, gets very hot, can be used to create curls and can even be used on wet hair (though I don't recommend it; tried it once and it took waaay too long). My hair always looks shiny and smooth and doesn't frizz as easily after straigtening as it did after using my old flat iron. My RoyaleUSA flat iron did just break (Jan 2015) when the plate popped out. I did keep all my original packaging and receipt, however I just moved and all of that happens to be buried in my storage unit somewhere. I went to the website and exercised the warranty option #4. I was very concerned to find out that I cannot reach any company representatives by phone and that the mailboxes to the various extensions offered on the voicemail prompt are all full (I was able to leave a message on the accounting extension). However, I paid the $49.99 Option4 Warranty fee (ouch!) in the hopes that I will indeed receive a brand new replacement flat iron in the 2-5 days referenced on this option. I have decided to have faith that this company will come through since I have enjoyed my product experience thus far. I will be updating on the Revdex.com website as to the outcome and hope that I will be able to leave a glowing review.

This company has the worst customer service. I have placed an order in November for the warranty, they deducted the payment on December, and its already January and they have not shipped my product. In addition, they charged my card again without my authorization. No one ever responds to the emails and voicemails. They said my product was shipping, they gave me a tracking number and the tracking information still shows that the package has not left their warehouse. I have tried calling them selecting all the department options they have on their phone line and no one ever responds. I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
