I am rejecting this response because: I called the man with the phone provided...

and sounds like he can not help me because he just took over in April 2016.I had purchased a 5 year warranty along with the product. He was telling me that I would have to pay another $30 or so for a shipping and mail it to Florida and they will send me another one. To me they should provide a prepaid label. I have spent over $300.00 on this product. I am not willing to pay any more for this product not even shipping. I will go to the mall and see if they can just exchange it for me. And if not then I guess I am stuck with a broken product. Because I already am not happy about it. And I will never again buy from another booth in the middle of the hallway in the mall.
