Mr. Royal built the interior of a walk-in closet for me and furnished it with hanging rails, shelves, and cubicles for folded clothes. I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work; he even added trim to the shelves and cubbies, which looked beautiful. He is friendly, professional, and extremely meticulous, cleans up after himself (he even vacuumed up the sawdust from the driveway rather than blowing it over onto the lawn) and clearly takes pride in his craftsmanship. I already have a list of several other projects I would like him to complete for me, which is the highest praise I can give!

I've known Mr Royall for years, but this was the first time he did work for me. I don't know why I waited. Not only was his work excellent, he took time to teach and explain his craft to me. Fantastic individual with a eye for detail.

Royall Home Improvements did an excellent job repairing my Plaster ceilings. I had several leaks from the roof and Mr. Royall fixed them right up. This man is a magician.

Our living room and hallway had not been painted in at least 20 years. Also, there were several large and small running cracks throughout the walls and ceiling.

Several years ago Mr. Royall repaired the tile around our bathtub. My wife and I were so impressed with the outstanding quality of his work we decided to ask him to do the painting. We also asked Mr. Royall to see if he could repair the blinds that never seemed to work properly.

Mr. Royall gave us an estimate of $1,400 and told us it would take about a week to repair all the cracks and paint the walls and ceiling of our living room and hallway.

Mr. Royall took seven working days to complete the job. There were more cracks in need of repair than any of us realized, thus the additional time and cost , totally understandable and justified.

My wife and I are 100% satisfied and happy with the work done. We highly recommend Mr. Royall and will use him again for future home repair and painting projects.

Mr. R[redacted] is excellent at his work and a pleasure to know. He matched our wooden floor boards perfectly, where radiators had been removed. We didn't want the often used round wood plugs in the pipe holes; he did an efficient and beautiful job. He also replaced tiles in our kitchen floor, and everything was done beautifully. We hope to have him back to do more work for us.

Mr. Royall did an amazing job making the tile in our shower look like new. He painstakingly grouted the walls after first stripping the old nasty stuff the previous owners had left up. He was a total professional and we could not be more pleased with his work and attention to detail.

Mr. Royall is one of the finest people I have had the pleasure of knowing. Over the last several years he had done superior repairs on my house with reasonable charges for materials and labor. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
