Complaint[redacted]This past Summer we learned that our home, along with 22 other Royalty homes in our neighbourhood, had failed it's home final home inspection (6 of the 9 deficiencies are structural). Royalty and it's owner have been sent letters by the city and we've called personally to have this resolved[redacted] To-date Royalty Construction has done nothing [redacted]Desired SettlementI want the company to clear up the failed inspection issues with the City of Saskatoon regarding our home and deck as soon as possible. Also, we would like a signed letter from the company, on their letterhead, stating which deficiencies were completed and when so that if we are to get a notice from the city again, or want to sell the home in the future, we can personally provide this letter to them.Business Response Royalty has been in contact and continues to be in contact with the homeowner in regards to these deficiencies. The deficiencies that existed were completed on January 13, 2014. The City of Saskatoon has been properly notified of this. Currently Royalty Construction is waiting for the final inspection report for all deficiencies to be registered as completed and closed from the City of Saskatoon. Royalty has informed the homeowner of this situation and that the homeowner will be notified immediately when Royalty has obtained this information from the city.If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact myself.Thank you.
