I paid on my loan by check I was told to give my account # and routing # which I do on majority of all of my other bills monthly with no problems at all!! Few weeks went by and I received a phone call stating that my check was returned stating no account foundOK??? how is this when I pay at least other bills by check over phone and online using the same information I gave y'all Well lets see, this is now what is being told to me is I have a $return check fee because my bank is not an actual bank (skylight bank) that takes paper checks just electronic checks and I was never told Royalty Finance only does paper checks (WTF) The lady from Royalty on the phone NEVER said they only do paper checks and not electronic checks When I spoke with the Manager he talked to me like I was a kid but he sure doesn't know me to wellSaid he would check into this and even agreed with me about the girl should have been more clearer on how they do checks by phone and he would contact me back to give him a few days, this was back in March, here it is May and still no phone call from himI contacted the office today regarding my balance If you are paying by check by phone, you should always be informed if you are doing electronic check or paper check cause this was never disclosed to me This is the first company I know of to this day that only does paper checks by phone and not electronic checks I have had a car loan and several personal loans with this company for many years which my car is paid off and my personal loan will be paid off by next month just so I do not ever have to deal with them again and they will never get a good review from me I have NEVER EVER been late on a payment and have paid off loans in advance when I asked them about waving the $return check fee seeing how it was not told to me how they operate payments over the phone, they can't Was told they talked to their corporate office and when I asked to speak to the people they spoke with I was told no that they do that in house! For someone to be a valued customer, to have outstanding history with this lender and you can't wave a $fee OK!!! That tells me enough about the company you are and the people working there I will never ever go thru them for NOTHING and right now, I have already alerted over 1000k people by social media what experience I have had with this certain business and to stay away They do not try to make things better, they do not work with you on anything, and even if you are a VALUED customer, don't mean nothing to them THEY WANT EVERY PENNY YOU HAVE! Well ROYALTY FINANCE, you just lost a valued customer over $ Me and a lot of others who are needing other loans will seek our business right next door to [redacted] ! They truly VALUE their customers!
