Terrible Customer Service
Picked Up move July 28, have not delivered and today is October 10,
Each time I call they state they are calling dispatch and will call me back, they don't its been too longtoo many phone calls and emails

I do not recommend Royalty Moving to anyone. My wife and I moved from CA to FL in October. We paid almost $5,000 for the items to be packed, loaded, and unloaded. The driver arrived after 23 days of waiting, and expected my wife and I to help him unload 1,000 cubic feet of our belongings. My wife is pregnant and I just had ankle surgery, so it was very inconvenient and not at all what we paid for. I have documented communication with the owner Cesar Soto, and have explained our displeasure. He has refused to resolve the situation or even return my emails or phone calls. On top of this, many of our items were damaged or missing. Save your family time and money and make sure you do not hire Cesar Soto and Royalty Moving. He does not do business in a manner worthy of being hired.
