THIS IS THE FIRST CONTACT MADE SINCE WE FIXED THE TRANSMISSION ISSUE ON THIS VEHICLE FREE OF CHARGE, WE HAVE RECEIVED NO MESSAGES OR WE CERTIANLY WOULD HAVE RETURNED THE PHONE CALLS AS WE...

DID THE FIRST TIME MS. [redacted] CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE LENGHTLY REPAIR ON THE FIRST VISIT FOR A TRANSMISSION ISSUE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT SHE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY FROM THIS POINT ON AS I ALWAYS RESPOND TO A CUSTOMERS NEEDS.
 WE WILL CERTAINLY HELP WITH THIS ISSUE. WE WILL REINBURSE HER FOR THE OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE OF THE SEVEN HUNDRED THAT SHE PAID WITH A COPY OF THE RECIEPT. I UNDERSTAND THAT MS. [redacted] IS EXPECTING TROUBLE FREE DRIVING AS SHE SHOULD , HOWEVER THERE IS NO WAY ANY DEALER WOULD REPLACE A BATTERY THAT TESTED GOOD SEVERAL MONTHS AGO NOR WOULD WE OR ANY OTHER DEALER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A BATTERY THAT WENT DEAD AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS WITH NO ISSUES BEFORE HAND. WE ALSO NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A PREOWNED CAR WITH 80000 MILES ON IT AND SOMETHINGS WILL POP UP AS YOU GO ALONG . WE WILL OFFER TO REPLACE THE BATTERY FREE OF CHARGE ALSO.
I WOULD LIKE TO OFFER MS. [redacted] THE ITEMS DISCUSSED TO GIVE GOOD WILL AND TO ALSO DO THE RIGHT THING, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT SHE DOES NOT CANCEL THE WARANTY HOWEVER AND IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE IN THE FUTURE I WAOULD ASK THAT MS.
