Review: April 18th 2014 the apartment below me #7 was victim of an arson and my apartment [redacted]. Was deemed in habitable to live in as well as 5 other units.All that said after 7 months of being broke and displaced me and my mother were allowed to move back in November 3rd.Royalty Restoration contract #[redacted] took the contract of cleaning,boxing,storing all our belongings that was not damaged in the fire in a special oxidized storage to get rid of the smell. Monday the 3rd all of our stuff was delivered to our home most of it still covered in fire soot,the boxes that my mother payed for through her insurance claim were poorly packed some of the boxes were not full at all just a few items. Note it was 4 to 5 dollars a box and at the minimum we had a hundred boxes off the top of my head.7 of the box had cleaning chemicals just thrown into them not secured which lead to many other boxed soaked. We are opening dressers to see how bad the fire soot will be and are finding clothes still in them not even touched! Not to mention her bed and recliner never made it. we were getting stuff from other peoples home brought into ours.I can go on! This is my mothers claim and she is so stressed about not having a home for 7 months thin when we get to move in all of this! She is actually sick from the stress. Her insurance agency AAA just keeps delaying sending other restoration company's out to take more pictures so they can have an idea of what they think my mom deserves while she waits for a bed to sleep on why they make sure they make their pockets fatter! I feel for the 14 years of on time payments to renters insurance through the same company AAA would have seen this through and made sure all this was in my moms best interest and it hasn't AAA keeps giving her the run around on oh well call you tomorrow so on and so forth.NOOOOO they have have 7 months and the money from the policy to do their job right and see this through! My mom has rights and im seeking help to see she gets them! Thank youDesired Settlement: 16000$ limit on the claim,Royalty Restoration charged 15000$ for services none rendered. I feel my mothers insurance policy should not pay the bill to Royalty restoration. And due to negligence of AAA negligence of not seeing this through from start to finish should just do the right thing and just cut my mother a check for the full amount of the claim!My mother is not greedy and that figure is not realistic. I feel the minimum of 8000$ ball park would take care of mental and damaged belongings
