United One Resources is only a reseller of credit reports for the three credit bureaus and therefore only provides access to our customers who in turn pull the credit reports United One Resources does not pull credit reports.We responded to *** *** regarding this issue via letter on May
23, (see attached document) In this instance, our customer, *** *** Mortgage Co., of *** *** *** *** *** ***, Reston, VA ***, pulled the credit reports based upon receiving a request by *** *** The reports were pulled on July 30, and October 5, *** *** would need to contact *** *** Mortgage directly at ###-###-#### for further information on the credit reports pulled.United One Resources is not authorized to remove the inquiries from the credit reports *** *** would need to dispute this item directly with the three credit bureaus

As previously noted, United One Resources is a reseller of credit reports for the three credit bureaus As a reseller, United One only provides access to credit data through our system to its customers who in turn pull credit reports United One Resources does not pull credit reports.As a result of *** ***'s response, United One reached out to *** *** Mortgage regarding the credit inquiries in question *** *** Mortgage indicated that it has a Residential Loan Application on file for *** ***, which substantiates the pulling of his credit information *** *** will have to contact *** *** Mortgage directly in order to obtain further information regarding the application and authorization to pull the credit information.United One is not authorized nor able to remove inquiries from credit reports Inquiries may only be removed by the credit bureaus themselves (***, *** and ***) *** *** needs to contact the credit bureaus directly in order to have these inquiries removed from his credit report.We are considering this item as closed
