In this complaint, the customer states that she purchased her vehicle inJune of She has since put $into the vehicleAny person who purchases a vehicle, new or used has to expect to put money into in to the vehicle over time for maintenance, especially since she has now owned the vehicle for two and a half almost three yearsShe states that the Service Manager has not returned her callsHe has attempted to make contact with her and it has been unsuccessfulThe customer is more than welcome to make contact with us againWhat we would offer in this situation is to get her the parts still needed at our dealership cost to save her some moneyWe would not return her money back for her trade, nor money for parts and labor for her repairs that she states were completed on 06/12/If she would decide that she would like us to get her prices on parts, she can contact our Service ManagerLevi at ###-###-####, option for serviceThank You, Danielle [redacted] Royer's Motors Company Manager

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me to an extentI took my vehicle in today and the tire pressure sensor issue I was told was a leak around the bead of the tireThis was fixedThe mechanic said that the oil was down a half of quart and he put in a half of quart to bring level to fullThere was no discussion about fixing the burning oil when startedHe simply stated that his boss needed the information on how many miles I drove it since I purchased it and how much oil it had usedHe did check hoses that run to the air cleaner to make sure that there was no oil in them He also recognized that the transmission is leaking and he will not be there for weeksOnce the mechanic returns he said that I have to call him to set up a time and they will fix the seal around the transmission panAs long as the engine is smoke free and the transmission no longer leaks I will be satisfied in a few weeks Regards, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I explained all the things that had to be fixed a shackle for the bed a cv axle , and wheel hub assembly and wheel bearing, pinion seal, valve cover gasket, are not regular maintenace and I had only 16,miles in and half years which most consumers dont expect to have to put into vehicle while making paymentsand beyond the 1,in parts and labor it still needs differential fixed and rumble strip noisei would like to get at least parts and labor cost backor Royers pay to fix what needs fixed at this point

I WANT TO ADD I HAD TO REPLACE THE BATTERY PLUS ONE COIL PACK ON TOP ALL THE OTHER REPAIRS.IT WAS A BAD CHOICE GOING TO THIS LOTA GOOD VEHICLE WILL LAST THROUGHOUT A LOAN WITH MINOR MAINTENANCE IAND CANNOT EVEN DRIVE IT
