RE: ID# [redacted] To Whom It May Concern,I understand that this customer is frustrated, but my response remains the sameShe purchased the vehicle almost three years agoWhat our dealership can offer in goodwill is to get her parts at our dealership cost to save her some moneyIf she would like us to take a look at the vehicle to diagnose and or repair the '‘rumble strip” noise, and replace the differential, we would cut her a break on the labor rate for the repairOur service department labor rate is $per hour, for her we could discount it to $an hourAgain, we would obtain the parts for her at our dealership cost.If she would like, she can contact our service department to set up and appointment for us to diagnose the vehicle and quote her a price for the repairOur service department can be contacted at ###-###-####, option # [redacted] She would need to speak, to our Service ManagerLevi.Thank You,Royer’s Motors Danielle Royer Company Manager
