You also stated that you did not want anyone here to further touch the vehicle. These comments were heard loud and clear.Originally, when you came into my shop with your vehicle, back in [redacted] I looked at your windshield and back glass and told you then that whoever put the glass into the car did not use sealer! One of the issues that you had at that time was that they were leaking, and that the back glass was scratched.We completed the job to the best of our ability with what we were working with. When we removed the existing back glass, we found previously drilled holes, from a prior installation, on the pinch weld where they did not line up for installation of the corner chrome pieces. They were never sealed with any sealer. We have pictures on file to document the existing issue. Your vehicle was leaking before we ever touched it; therefore we do not consider the damage to your vehicle our responsibility.We are sorry for any inconvenience.[redacted]Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)agreed to refund labor charge but changed mind also the damage to headliner is not water damage but not put back together correctly that's why I have to pay to get redoneFinal Business Response Our response to the consumer's statement on September 5, 2015We originally were in discussion with the customer to refund the labor charges. We did change our mind due to the fact that the customer would not allow us to determine if our workmanship was the cause of his complaint. After reading his last statement, he admits that the headliner was not water damaged. He states that the headliner was not put back together correctly and has to have it redone. Our shop did not remove or reinstall the vehicle headliner during installation of the glass on his vehicle.We have performed work on numerous antique vehicles and been in business for over 31 years. We have never had a Revdex.com complaint. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)the headliner was new when I gave them the car now its damaged they are the only ones that worked on it also it leaks and they have damaged other classics I have other unhappy customers of thers brought the car to two other glass shops and they all agree roys did a very bad job I have paperwork to prove it and pictures and receipts if they want to take it further I will there reputation among the guys at car shows is not good they are also supposed to guaranty there work they don't I do not want anything from them I payed for repair this is done
