[redacted] lost my keys and redid an ignition switch without my consent. Losing the keys causes me not to be able to lock my car because the key that matched both the ignition and the car door was lost and since he replaced the ignition the key is different from the car door's. The work he did also failed after about a week. He did pick it up for me and replace the starter for free but hit me with a couple more add-ons without consulting me first. From my experience he lacks care for other people's belongings and lack the skills needed to communicate to the customer what exactly is going to be preformed.","neg-1
