This customer sent me an email inquiring on the status of her order which I responded with an update within 15 minutes of receiving her inquiry. Her order is on it's way to our warehouse from LA and will be received by mid next week.

cancelling the bed that was delayed. We apologize for the delay, we sometimes do not have control over the manufacturers. The refund has been issued and spoke with Anthony [redacted] who is the person on the order that the issue has been issued. This issue has now been resolved.

The complaint issued by [redacted] is in regards to the custom order she placed for a loveseat, and though she claims it is the...

incorrect loveseat, it is actually that she ordered something that did not match an item that was already in her home. Roy's Furniture has a strict all sales final policy, and upon speaking with [redacted]'s fiance, he made it clear that they had been trying to match the loveseat to an existing item that they did not purchase from Roy's, but that the fabric did not match the pre-existing item. Due to this mistake on their part, [redacted] decided that we had ordered them the wrong couch. We went over all of the paperwork and consulted all of the fabric swatches, and it was determined by management and ownership that the item numbers and fabric color numbers were all exactly what [redacted] had selected.
This matter has already been resolved through a dispute with [redacted]'s credit card company, and they have agreed that she received the correct item. The customer has also kept the item in their home since August 2014, without further contact to our store. Roy's Furniture considers this matter resolved and will not be issuing any refund or reselection.
