go back twice to change out what she said were our units, Then we had all that bad weather,there was no air or weather coming in. So we went back on 4-11-14 and replaced the windows that we bad, But the sad part of this is two of the units had tonge licks on the glass from her pit bull and the where dirty on outside we washed the windows on the back of our truck and they were perfect,Reinstalled and she was happy.Now I will not service her anymore and she is completed, do not have to deal with people that have nothing better to do then get over on people.Thank You Roys Glass Service inc

I am rejecting this response because:First and foremost I have been nothing but respectful to this business owner that does not deserve my respect clearly, for him to go and talk to me like that is completely uncalled for. In this response he has written that I am rejecting he admits to not only blowing off my complaints and phone calls, but he also just admitted in this response that he did not replace windows that he and his workers told me they replaced. I am not happy. I have pictures to prove that they're still fogging up and broken. He tried to pull one over on us and instead of giving me a new working product that he was paid to give me, he "wipes the window clean" just to make it look new. In my book that's stealing.  With this SIGNED statement by him, He has admitted to being a liar and crooked business man. I now have no faith that he replaced any of my glass what so ever and do believe he cheated us and stole from us. This man is being very rude and I have every right to not be happy until product is installed correctly. I have documented his response and admittance to lying and not replacing the windows, I have documented his faulty work, and I am preparing to seek legal action at the time unless the matter is properly and appropriately handled.
I no longer want this clearly untrustworthy company at my home. I am currently seeking out a PROFESSIONAL glass company to come inspect the so called work Roy's Glass has done and based off their findings will be seeking reimbursement on at least the glass for the two windows that he admits to not doing the work on, and by the lack of show in his product and work this far, I'm anticipating a bill for more..

Review: My family and I recently started purchasing a house (through rent to own)..While we were renting ( we have since purchased the house) the landlord had windows fixed, the company he used was Roy's Glass Service. The actual replacement process started in October and ended mid November. At the end of November I called the company telling them that some of the windows they had replaced were not fixed and were in fact fogging up and dripping on the inside. December 4 they came out and confirmed that they needed to be fixed and fixed one or two that they had on hand (I can't remember the exact number). A couple more weeks went by and they still had not come out to fix the rest of the windows that they had not fixed properly,so I called and was told a couple more weeks then they could get out here. Another couple of weeks went by, I called, and was told the same thing, a couple more weeks. I continue to call ( I've called 5 times about the same windows) and get told another week, another week, another week. These should have been fixed properly the first time back in October, it is now mid, almost the end of February and the response I continue to get when I call them is "we haven't had time, another week." At least 6 windows that they previously replaced now have to be replaced again. They need to come see what windows they need to fix, again, order the glass, and then come out and do the work. It's taken this long for no results, and I'm tired of getting the run around.Desired Settlement: I need Roy's Glass to do one of two things. The first option is to come out and fix the glass that they did not fix properly. The second option is for them to cover the cost of me getting someone else to come and fix what the could not do correctly. I don't care which option Roy's Glass Service chooses but I deserve for them to both be done in a timely manner.......not in another four or five months.
