When we started to get sewer back-up in our basement, it was diagnosed as a sewer main clog that could not be cleaned out with hydrojetting or snaking. We contacted multiple companies about the sewer main repair and while we received quotations with varying prices, we decided to go with Rozga. Their customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. As this is a large and expensive repair that no one wants to deal with, they made the process easy. Ben and his crew did a great job making sure that the damage to our lawn was minimal, our house stayed clean during the process, and they answered any questions we had. Their expertise was second to none. Todd, the sewer manager, was great at communicating and was willing to work around our schedules. I've never had an experience like I've had with Rozga, so I felt the need to write a review reflecting our experience. We've now had 2 instances where Rozga has done work at our house and both were exceptional. I would recommend Rozga to everyone, and they will be getting my business in the future.

My grandmother and I had a wonderful experience with Rozga Plumbing. We called them and they were here within 20 minutes. Matt H. was very polite and knowledgeable! We would call them again in a heartbeat! He explained everything to us and was very helpful.

I had sewer backup in my basement and was told by a different plumber that my lateral sewer lines were crushed or broken. I contacted Rozga Plumbing to get their opinion and estimate. They were WONDERFUL. The anticipated cost of excavating my sewer lines put me in a panic. I worked w/[redacted] from Rozga, who was very patient with me during my ranting and panic of the issue. He had a team come and put a camera down my sewer pipes. Based on the info, it could potentially be a problem related to sewer work that the City of Milw did during the summer. [redacted] contacted the city and informed them of the information his team discovered. I was informed that the city was covering the expense, to my relief. Rozga plumbing kept me continuously in the loop. They worked with the city go get info about my lateral sewer pipes and worked with them to come to a resolution. He notified me of who to contact from the city to get reimbursement of my plumbing expenses. I felt VERY confident with Rozga. If in the end I was ultimately responsible for the cost and repair, I would not hesitate to have Rozga do the work. From a customer perspective, it's important to have a company that communicates immediately and effectively, goes out of their way to help the customer where they can and does their due diligence to get all needed information before providing final outcome. I felt secure and confident with the information they provided me and with the work they did do for me.

I found Rozga to have very inferior service. I do not need resolution but I would like to warn others. I had 2 plumbing issues, both in the bathroom; a slow drain and a leaky tub faucet. I think that for a trip charge of $65 and an hourly rate of $129 I want an experienced plumber and that is not what I got. [redacted] set about to fixing the slow drain on the sink by immediatly hammering on the trap. He did not pull the pedestal portion away (this takes 30 seconds) until after the pipe broke at the threading. Since he needed to order a new part for this now, he set about to fixing the leaky tub faucet. One of the first things he did was take a washer and whiddle it to the appropriate size using his jack knife. I did not understand this. I wished he would have asked me for my washer kit that I have in my tool room. He wrenched the nut so bad that the octagon shaped bolt was now an oval so that had to be replaced too.
He left. After seeing how everything was going so poorly, I went out to Menards and bought a snake and snaked the drain myself that night. [redacted] came back two days later. The trap he bought was too big. He suggested a) moving the sink over or b) making a hole in the wall to accomodate the new larger pipe. At this point I was starting to get upset. I suggested shorteing the extruding wall pipe. He did this and this did work. I asked him not to snake the drain as things were not going well; I would put up with the slow drain if it still was. Then he returned to the faucet. He looked perplexed as the three new small parts that he broght with him did not fit together. He then set about actually using a file to file the inside of one of his new bolts. I couldn't believe this. Then he pulled out the cartridge. I left the room at that point. Then I heard him exclaim, The cartridge has gone whacky! Or something to this effect. I came in and the faucet was gushing. He said the water would need to be shut off, he would need to go and order parts and would return in several days. I lost all patience at this point and called the Rozga office. I told them [redacted] needed to leave my house immediately and they needed to send someone with more experience. To their credit they did. [redacted] arrived within a half hour. He pulled out the cartridge on the hot and cold tap. He noted that they looked different. I said this was because I had replaced the hot tap cartridge myself about 6 years ago (if I knew how terrible all of this was going to go and that it would in the end cost me $500 I would have replaced the cold too). He then left with his apprentice to a nearby plumbing store and soon returned with the new cartridge and put it in. The new cartridge or cold water tap does not leak but now the hot water has a tiny stream that emits from the stem itself when the water is running; this is new. I find it hard to believe that [redacted] has any plumbing credentials and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Just had [redacted] and [redacted] install a new water heater and switch out shower controls and faucet. Very professional, knowledgeable and neat. I would call Rozga Plumbing again.

Once again called Rozga for a plumbing problem and once again they quickly fixed it

We had called Rozga plumbing for numerous issues on our newly purchased home. The plumber ([redacted]) was great! He spent a lot of time walking us through the problems we faced and offered advice on how to deal with them. He was on time and called when he was on his way. We will definitely be using Rozga plumbing in the future for any plumbing and HVAC issues.

Christmas morning we are up ready to make our family dinner only to discover we have a leak in our kitchen that is flooding down into our basement. We have used Rozga for years and they are a premiere vender with our Condo association. We called them and was quoted three times the price of a visit from his door to ours. We are in Brown Deer and he was in Waukesha. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years and his quote for a loyal customer was $375 per hour. We of course did not use them, we called another Plumber Mr. Rooter and he came out fixed our problem and had us up and running to finish our Christmas meal for a $100 less than the trip fee from Rozga. When I called to complain on Thursday the 26th I was told that was their standard rate and he was sorry I was upset but that was all he could tell me. Obliviously he has too much business to mess with 160 condo association and loyal customers. Never again will I use these guys, as they were rude, uncaring, and proved my business wasn't wanted.

The owner of Harry's True value in Franklin recommended Rozga Plumbing to me to install a water heater. I called the company and found the person who answered to be friendly and helpful. Rozga plumbing called before they came out and were actually on time. The plumber who did the work was very professional. The work was actually done faster than expected. When I got the bill it was less than the rough estimate quoted to me over the phone. I will definitely use Rozga Plumbing in the future as I feel they are an honest company to deal with.

Excellent service. Fixed problem. Great serviceman for once--personable, friendly and not stressed out like many others. Cleared the kitchen pipes and added a new connector.

I had problems with both my water heater and my furnace. During the extreme cold, I contacted Rozga and they were able to squeeze me in and I made the decision to replace both and they did an excellent job of explaining to me my options. I have had several of the Rozga employees do work on various projects over the years and I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends. Good job.

I had two servicemen out to the house to repair a leaking gas supply line to my stove. After the servicemen left I still detected the smell of gas on our home and called Rozga to have them return and fix the leak. They sent who I believe to be their best serviceman out, [redacted], and he identified the issue was the valve connection and replaced it at no charge. [redacted] was very professional and probably the nicest contractor I've ever had in our house. I appreciate Rozga standing behind the warranty of heir work and [redacted] quality workmanship.

I have used ROZGA a number of times to service my furnace. I had annual maintenance done. Kelly was prompt and thorough. Additionally, Kelly gave me tips on filter replacement, types and quality.
In this climate it feels good to be confident about my furnace operation.
Miles outlined the service contract that I purchased. Currently, my budget is a little tighter. But, again Miles advised me on the monthly payment options. This is better for me at this time.

I originally found Rozga while searching the Revdex.com for a company to replace my failed water heater in late 2012. Of the 8 companies I called, Rozga had the best price. They came out the next day and got the job done. The staff was great, answering all of my questions and leaving the basement in better shape then they found it.

In less then 10 months, the water heater sprung a leak. A quick call to Rozga and they were out the same day, replacing everything at no cost to me.

Late 2013 our furnace died and I only called one company to get it replaced. The team at Rozga exceeded expectations again, getting the new furnace in quickly and answering a ton of questions along the way. The office staff even helped me file the right paperwork to get the energy efficiency tax credit.

Great service! We were leaving on vacation in two days and our hot water heater cracked. Called Rozga and they sent someone over right away. Old water heater was taken away and a new one placed within 2 1/2 hours. The technician was very professional and very neat.

We had a big job involving water and sewer hook up to an existing home. It was complicated and time consuming. They answered all my many questions before the job started. The crew was very professional, competent and pleasant. They did an excellent clean up job when finished. Since completion, there was a heavy downpour and the sanitary and water hookup worked perfectly in it's first test. They do excellent work and seem to make an effort to make sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend this company.
