Review: This R&P BMW Service Zone is a Fraud they try too fix your but don't the real problem with the vehicle that's wrong with it. I am a former US Marine Veteran [redacted] and this repair shop not comply with BMW Dealer from BMW of [redacted] Dealership in New York ,work order that was given to [redacted] for repairs he didn't repair as advised by BMW OF [redacted] to repair Alternator this has caused my BMW X5 xdrive35i 2011 to have "Engine Malfunction " and over heat my engine and over charge my system to 15.25 checked by a certified mechanic at Armory Auto Repairs in the [redacted] tel.# ###-###-#### and has caused more for my BMW X5 xdrive35i 2011 and more repairs which are very costly to and inconvenience too me and family , the alternator has too be replaced the exhaust valve and ground wire has too be replace and water pump and gasket and other parts which mechanic as too change too plus labor hours very costly on a BMW X5 xdrive35i 2011. I would like too settle for $30,000.00 pain and suffering for what made go through for a whole month . I feel he is responsible and should be liable for this amount of settlement $30,000.00 at this time feel [redacted] has no last name on business card is liable for this settle of $ 30,000.00 and should pay as soon as possible for the BMW X5 xdrive35i 2011 at this time .
