Our drivers are told that if a driveway is not clear that they are to continue on and not risk damaging the truck or the customer’s property. When the driver brought the container back he placed it in the spot that it had previously been in. We do ask customer’s to leave markers for our driver so we can assure that it is placed in the proper place for this reason. As we stated in the previous message, the credit card was deleted on January 31st and did not run on the 1st of February. The customer submitted his first complaint on January 31st so how he would have known it ran on the 1st of February would not have been possible. The charge for January of $60.00 ran on January 1st and was for the trash that we did remove for the month of January. When the customer called the office on January 31st the receptionist did speak with his driver who was still on the premises. The driver did assure the receptionist that he did dump the dumpster on January 16th. This driver has been with us for over 4 years and does not get other complaints about missing stops. When the customer started swearing at the receptionist she told him that we would remove the dumpster and took his credit card off as he asked. The reviews on yellow pages are from years ago and if the customer felt as he did about those reviews he did not have to start service with us. We do have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com. We do try to work with customers as best we can but we do not feel as though any credit is due as the customer did receive the service requested.
