investigation.  Months ago I had sent an employee out to make adjustments to the unsatisfied repairs.  He had reported that it had been done.  After my investigation I discovered he in fact never went back but reported the hours that he did.  This employee has been terminated for his actions.  I can send out my partner, lead crew worker to make any necessary adjustments.

I am rejecting this response because:  A week has passed and no one has come to inspect or fix the work.  The reasons listed by the business are the same things I have heard before, but again, all words and no actions.  I would like a specific deadline as to when this work will be done.
